Paras Technologies designed the UI and completed the front-end design. The team also set up the full back end. Paras Technologies provided six months of bug fixes within the scope of work. Currently, we're working on enhancements for the app.

We needed to build a P2P payment app for a gap in the market we saw. It had to have instant and seamless transactions and be padded out with other financial features. We aim to be the finance app for creators, designers, freelancers & influencers, to simply improve the way they are paid whilst allowing scope for future financial services to better serve our community.

Harish, the company owner promises to deliver the project on time. Paras technologies want money, once we pay their milestones, they don't even respond. My app is broken and not functional. They said they have a backup, and now for 3 months they are not even conducting zoom meetings. My app is live on the App store for more than 15 months. But they don't care.

What challenge were you trying to address with Paras Technologies?

I was looking for a trustworthy firm to develop an application and deliver it on time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Paras Technologies developed a cross-platform mobile application for my firm. At the beginning of the engagement, we clarified our requirements and then moved into the UX/UI design process in Typekit and Photoshop. Paras Technologies iterated the UX/UI until I was satisfied with the quality of the product. Once the UX/UI design was completed, their developers developed the app. After development, we moved into the deployment phase, where we are currently.  

What is the team composition?

I primarily interact with the product engineer and company head. Still, a larger team is working on the backend, including iOS and Android developers, a UX designer, and a teammate focused on testing.

I found Paras Technologies in a Google search — I read their reviews and found their listing on Freelancer.  

How much have you invested with them?

I invested $10,000–$12,000 with Paras Technologies.

My engagement with Paras Technologies began in August 2021, and it's ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Paras Technologies completely fulfilled my requirements, and I'm really happy with the final product. I'd give Paras Technologies a 10 out of 10 for this project. In fact, my colleagues like the app so much that they've requested Paras Technologies' contact information so they can begin projects with their team. 

How did Paras Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Paras Technologies had good project management and handled coding issues I flagged quickly, often within the next 1–2 days. Paras Technologies used project management tools internally, but they weren't shared with me. However, they did share the code with me in GitHub so I could know what was being done on a day-to-day basis. Typically, we had Zoom meetings to discuss the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Paras Technologies listens to their clients and their feedback, no matter what — their clients are their number one priority. I've had poor experiences with other app development firms before where they didn't respond, but Paras Technologies wasn't like that. Their team is a complete development package, so there were no design and interface matching issues. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for Paras Technologies to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise customers to hire Paras Technologies! The Paras Technologies team handles the project from start to finish and delivers high-quality products within set deadlines.

We've done our research and based on our criteria (good reputation, consistent good reviews, relevant past projects), they have ticked all those boxes.

Firstly it was Yogesh who explained their structure and assigned Anupam to be the main project manager for my project. She will take inputs for all the requirements needed and liaise with the front and back end developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All the project deliverables were met and some functions that I didn't indicate earlier were also implemented out of good will by the team. Kudos to Anupam and her team for being so understanding.

Anupam will consistently update me on the progress of the development and let me vet through before proceeding to the next step. If there are bugs or errors, it will be resolved as soon as possible before moving on.

Paras Technologies went beyond my expectation and met all my project needs. Even though there were bugs in the app along the way, she managed to resolve it as soon as possible.
