We team up with you to create beyond possibilities
We are a process-driven design and development agency in the world of constant change we live in.
It’s becoming harder than ever to bring an idea to the world that people love. Understanding business requirements and coming up with user-centric results require a consistent and thoughtful process in this paradigm shift; to discover new opportunities.

Radiant Services Enterprise Software
Enterprise software (ERP) to manage different processes on Radiant Industrial Laundry based in California, US. Using software to track different states of work and customers is a common practice in businesses large and small. Radiant Services uses legacy custom-built software to do all the hard work in the factory.
The legacy system was only available on local machines and was not further maintainable. Our objective on this project was to redesign the old software, transform it into a cloud-based architecture, and use new technologies to make it more scalable and maintainable. As with working on any legacy system, clarifying old workflows and processes was a major challenge on this project. Defining screens, features, access levels took much of the design phase.

Inverse Online School of Art (MENA)
Inverse is an online education platform or LMS which focuses on art and visual studies. It's based on a video and course format with online access to content. With more than 10 years of experience, it collected valuable insights from its users on its legacy system. Therefore we initiated the redesign project based on these data on two parallel teams. One for the dashboard and the other for the website. All the teaching and learning activities are happening in the dashboard. Teachers and Students follow their respective journeys on the dashboard.
Lots of ideas were introduced in the design phase; Webinars for one-time events, gamification to promote course completion rate, competitions, and a lot more.
Each course comprises multiple videos, coursework, and syllabuses. A complete design system was designed to make a comprehensive experience on the platform.
Inverse is a complex Learning Management System (LMS) that is based on video-only courses. A dedicated team of 8 engineers has been assigned to this project. We used PHP/Laravel as our backend framework which helped us to increase the development speed. For the frontend framework, we've used React.js for the dashboard and Next.js for the website.

Zamin Carpooling App
Zamin is a gamified, community-based platform that enables car owners who would otherwise drive alone to carpool with their peers in a turn-taking manner. It’s a community built around environmental responsibility. Hence its name comes from a Persian word for the planet earth. Zamin Introduces a New Category of Ridesharing: Reciprocal Carpooling
There are multiple differences in experience and business from traditional carpooling solutions. Therefore detailed onboarding is required to educate the users about the product. MVP of the mobile App has been developed natively on Kotlin and Swift and released on App Store and Google Play.

Fakir Agency Rebranding
As a company that helps businesses build their fully remote engineering team, Fakir Informatik needed a refreshed brand identity. Fakir is about managing connecting developers to businesses and managing the relationship to outperform expectations.
The problem was simple, old brand identity didn’t reflect the trust, professionalism, and general image that was needed in a business-to-business partnership. Our objective was to design a strong, techy & trustful identity to fit the values Fakir believes in.
We redesigned the introduction website, as a primary touchpoint. A content architecture was established to showcase projects, teams, and company values. Consistency among different touchpoints (presentation templates, website, merchandise, etc) was a priority for us.

Dr. Holzner Intercom App
Dr. Holzner app is a communication tool between doctors and other staff in a dentistry clinic in Germany that’s hosted on a local network. The Dr. Holzner building is a dentistry clinic with 2 floors and 16 different zones. The doctors were searching for an easy-to-use tool for their communications between rooms during the treatment, essential announcements, and playing local radio stations through installed speakers. First thing first, an understandable design covering all the features for this particular user who need the app while treating the patients was critical. We simplified the app into two pages: the main page for internal communications and announcements, and a secured control panel for controlling radio features.
For the development stage, a powerful technical solution was necessary to ensure smooth operations. The backbone of our application was the network and we had to implement the project on the local network remotely. We tried to demonstrate a logical solution on a cloud server before implementing it on the local network, at the end, we performed frequent testing cycles to make sure about high fidelity sound coverage.

Podro Social Commerce Rebranding
Podro is a social-commerce platform focused on small shops and retailers on Instagram. It Integrates various shopping, payment, and shipment solutions for better customer and shop owner experience.
We redesigned Podro’s visual brand identity to be dynamic. Instead of a single static logo, dynamic visual brand identity systems use a set of rules and guidelines to get recognized. They are contemporary, expandable, and fully take advantage of digital businesses qualities.
Podro’s dynamic visual identity emphasizes its dynamic service nature. It's fluid, ever-adapting, and disruptive.
Podro uses overlapping organic and dynamic shapes as logotype backgrounds, which indicates its various services in the essence of the platform.
We kept the general color scheme to maintain recognition, but extended and updated it for a fresh look and feel. Other brand elements like logo typography was exclusively designed to add to uniqueness quality.

"Our expectations have come true. They’re great."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I used to be CEO for Fortune 500 companies. Around 2009, I started my own company called Advanced ERP. We’re developing ERP for small businesses, and we have different versions.
What challenge were you trying to address with Paradigm?
We wanted to bring down the development cost. I had an offshore team in India, and they were getting more expensive. Although we still have them, we decided to go with Paradigm for side projects besides ERP.
What was the scope of their involvement?
In the beginning, we had a couple of older systems used for commercial laundries, and we decided to test Paradigm and task them with developing it on newer technologies. We met with the developers and showed them screens and our programs. Then, we defined the procedures and technical aspects.
Paradigm is currently developing it. Since it’s a browser-based system, we’ve decided to use Python for the backend.
What is the team composition?
I don’t know exactly how many people they have. We work with 4–5 people; there’s a project lead, two UI developers, and a backend developer.
How did you come to work with Paradigm?
One of my friends recommended them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The project hasn’t been finished, but the progress is good. Our meetings are a combination of discussing their current tasks and what they’ve delivered. We personally test the deliverables, and they usually come up with excellent results. We don’t have to ask for changes, but the times we do, they go back and do them.
How did Paradigm perform from a project management standpoint?
We’re very happy with our project manager. He’s our main point of contact, and he’s great in terms of project management. He contacts me if there’s an issue and shows me where they are, timelines, and estimates. We meet 2–3 times per week with all the developers, and they’ve been very responsive.
Additionally, they use their own tools for project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It’s very easy to work with them. We might tell other developers something, and then they get upset or go in the middle of the night and change it. However, Paradigm is understanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, our expectations have come true. They’re great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You have to give the exact requirements.
Although the project isn’t finished yet, the client has been satisfied with Paradigm’s service and performance. They’ve delivered quality work, and the team is willing to do changes to meet requirements. They’ve led the project efficiently, and they’re understanding and easy to work with.
