SEO and website migration
Brought into the firm in October 2019 to review the e-commerce website and head up the migration project and SEO.
This included:
- New design
- HTTPS
- Re-platforming
At the beginning of the project, a website audit was completed and I worked with marketing and the development team to fix a number of serious issues ahead of the migration.
The result was a more focused approach to how products should be visible to the customer, growth continued through 2020 and saw over £22k month on month growth in sales through the website
