Delivery times are consistently close to 100% on/before deadline. QA scores are always above average, with minimal negative feedback from internal/external clients.

Delivery is virtually always on time. Over the years we've had thousands of requests from Pangea, with probably less than 50 overall delivered late. Pangea PMs are very communicative over email/DMs/phone.

I find them to be very to the point - get the job done quickly, at reasonable costs and schedules, very good quality, extremely good communications. All of this without any of the self-aggrandizing vendors sometimes insist on.

We would always love to pay less, of course :) But in reality, no. They provide an excellent service/product at a completely reasonable price.

A major client asked for their website to be fully translated and localized to reflect the geos they are targeting following a new license. This included the marketing side of the site as well as the legal elements of the T&Cs and Privacy policy. We approached Pangea to assist in this, and also used their content writing for some SEO work for the same site/client. The final delivery was a fully localized website and a Blog/article section, that is being updated periodically.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Client was very happy and the ongoing updates for the site are still being done through Pangea. Currently discussions about a whole new project with same client, for localized video content, for which he wanted to use Pangea as well.

Very smooth operation. They have an internal system that allows for very easy day to day management of tasks, including upload and download projects, followups and financial. There's a dedicated account manager that is readily available both on email and IMs. In one time we had to talk with our client in the US, it was no issue, as they have a team in US times.

The communication was great from start to finish, and the quality of work extremely high. It is clear that this is more than a business to them, but a passion and something they like to do.

We hired Pangea Localization Services for a wide variety of translation and localization projects, including software and mobile app localization, as well as localization of marketing materials of all sorts, covering 25 languages.

We selected this provider after a thorough search and comparison of all necessary requirements, as well as after a long period of working with freelance translators scattered all over the world. Upon completing a few smaller projects, we decided to expand our cooperation with Pangea Localization Services.

A typical big scale project involving all types of translations is adding a new language to a brand. It includes a collection of over 200 software product resources containing several thousand keys, several dozen pages of the brand's Wordpress website, various marketing materials, such as emails (HTML), landing pages (Wordpress), visual tools (images, pdf, ppt), PRs, and more.

The resources and the marketing materials are submitted for translation as XLIFF files via localization project management software, while all Wordpress-based materials are translated via API directly connected to Pangea's CAT tool. Once translation is received and approved, Pangea also provide in-context review services.

What was their cost structure like?

The cost is set on the per word basis, while some in-context review projects, especially those involving use of mobile app or online software are measured by time.

I would like to highlight the high quality of translation provided by Pangea's specialists, as well as responsiveness and professionalism of their project managers.

The company is prominent in their exceptional attitude to translation quality — every linguist is thoroughly tested and certified. Any translation disputes are immediately investigated and solved.

Before working with Pangea Translation Services, our website bounce rate was more than 80% and we barely received any leads from the non-english website versions but after replacing the old content with translated content from them, the bounce rate has been less than 30% since then and we started receiving regular leads through our website. Their content simply enhanced our Google ad campaign as well.
