They use a combination of Agile and Waterfall methods for project management. I like the approach and trust their systems.

The people hands down are the best part of Oyova. I truly believe they care about their customers and treat projects as if it was their own.

Their proposal process is very lean. Personally, I would have liked a bigger more explanatory proposal, but if you have studied Agile methods, you understand that proposals are purposely lean so the project develops as objectives develop.
