We recuperated the investment into the website from online sales and traffic within a calendar year. We’ve also received many compliments from other dealers about our website. It’s an end product that feels ahead of the game in the three years since we’ve launched it.

I would say be clear and think about what you want out of your project beforehand. Trust their team and listen to them, because if it turns out great, you look like a genius because you trusted it. If anything doesn’t work out, they can take constructive criticism and find a solution.
