The team was primarily involved in insurance eligibility verification, medical billing and coding, claims submission, denial management, and AR follow-ups for Back Office Pro.

Along with denial reduction and faster payments, working with Outsource RCM for Back Office Pro led to measurable gains in billing accuracy (up to ~95%–98%), a 10%–15% improvement in monthly cash flow consistency, and a higher first-pass claim success rate, further strengthening overall revenue performance.

Overall, the experience with Outsource RCM was very positive. The only area for improvement could have been more frequent performance updates in the early phase of the project. Aside from that, their execution, responsiveness, and results for Back Office Pro met expectations.
