Elyse gave a clear direction for my outreach strategy. Along with identifying the problem and giving me a clear solution. I was given a copy of our virtual meeting to review for our notes after the meeting and she answered any questions I had.

Elyse has been hands down amazing and still stays in contact with me, even after our session. Her guidance has helped formulate a well-structured email outreach strategy for our B2B prospects that I couldn't find online. Since our meeting, we've seen an increase in open rates and replies.

The company values aligned with my own. All the information that I was given has helped me understand B2B sales more and how to structure my outreach. I also wasn't being sold on a coaching service and later upsold for more coaching services that I didn't need. The advice and expertise were valuable. They were extremely knowledgeable in B2B sales outreach.

I'm the Co-owner of a Marketing Agency - The Marketing Family.

For what projects/services did your company hire OutreachCopy.com, and what were your goals?

We have a client, whom we were launching a series of email marketing campaigns for, for lead generation purposes. The target Prospects were made up of high-profile players, with different backgrounds, different problems etc... We needed someone to take a look at the ICP, at our outreach strategy and other assets, and write a personalized outreach sequence of messages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We've been working with Elyse from OutreachCopy.com for some time, so it was a no-brainer for us. Initially, she came highly recommended by a number of other companies, many of which were Marketing agencies like ours.

We contacted her > described the overarching outreach strategy and the ICP (marketers from D2C companies - these guys get bombarded by sales copy on a daily basis, so the target was extremely difficult to impress) > we sent her the data we had so far (ICP, outreach strategy, digital assets etc.) > she extracted the insights every copywriter needs, to do a marvelous job > a few days later, she dropped a marvelous email outreach copy, which started converting after the first 2 messages. Considering how "difficult" the target audience was, I'd say that was amazing!

We worked directly with Elyse, no one else.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The copy was delivered as per schedule. Only a few technical details needed to be adjusted afterwards, during which Elyse took a major role. She wasn't afraid to tell us if we were considering a stupid edit that would've decreased the chances of success for the project. So far, the results from the email campaigns were great: 87.1% open rate, 10.68% reply rate, 6.23% booking rate. And they keep increasing. Roughly 70% of the replies included phrases like "Okay, I get emails daily, but NOW I'm impressed!" or "Ok, I did not see this coming, lol! When are you free for a call?". It showed that what Elyse delivered completely surprised them and outwitted the majority of the other Marketers in their inboxes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As smooth as silk. Working with Elyse is extremely easy (and I've worked with a NUMBER of great copywriters before committing to her)!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their energy and enthusiasm surprise me. With each new project, it's as if their life depends on getting the fine details right. She's REALLY into her work, imho! Oh, and the years of experience in the sales & outreach copy fields also helps... :P

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Move to Europe!!! Outside of work, she seems like the type of person I'd like to drink my Tuesday coffee with. Extremely intelligent and with a smooth sense of humor.
