Outframe designed the end‑to‑end model management CRM: information architecture, core flows (add/update model, build client shortlists, send packages, manage options/holds/confirmed bookings), permissions, and an interface refresh with a reusable component library (design system) for future features. They produced clickable prototypes and detailed Figma specs and supported developer handoff.

+24% increase in monthly bookings (more shortlists converted to confirmed jobs).

−71% time to assemble a client package (from ~90 minutes to ~26 minutes on average).

−38% reduction in the inquiry‑to‑booking cycle time (fewer back‑and‑forth emails).

−45% fewer internal “where is X?” messages as data moved out of spreadsheets into one system.

These gains came from clearer flows and a consistent interface that our team adopted quickly—exactly the mix of adoption, consistency, and delivery speed we were aiming for.

Research & Discovery: User research, competitive analysis, and audit of existing design elements. Foundation Development: Design principles, color systems, typography, and component architecture. Component Library: Creation of 40+ responsive UI components including navigation, forms, data displays, and interactive elements. We had Vytas on a subscription filling a big need as we scaled up a bunch of projects. He did the work of multiple facets of a design organization. 

He assisted with multiple products initial branding and UX strategy. And no project was simple. 

He delivered 3-4 deeply versatile interfaces for challenges spanning from reconciliation to freight invoicing. 

He provided review and optimization on a 145 component design system. 

He stood up logos and branding for some new ventures products.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The overall outcome for all of Vytas' work was if the designs were exceptional (customers loved them), if they were usable, and if they kept our timelines on the tracks. 

Outcomes we got that we didn't expect to were: 
- Filling in gaps and helping simplify the complex (product and UX thinking). 
- Systematic approach to design that scales as the snowball rolls. 
- High quality in visual aesthetic and unique-ness. 

- All at very fast speeds.

We needed help creating a design system from scratch and redesigning parts of our legacy UI using the design system.

Outframe Design helped us create a design system from scratch and redesign parts of our legacy UI using the design system. The team used an atomic design system approach and created everything from simple typography and colors to more complex UI templates.

We found Outframe Design through a community newsletter. We chose them because of Vytas’ hands-on approach, their excellent portfolio, and their ability to understand our needs immediately.

The project has significantly reduced our frontend development times while at the same time increased the quality of our UI by bringing consistency for the end user.
