I’m the customer success director for emerging markets at a software company. We provide digital marketing and communication software solutions for professionals and agencies, offering a suite of tools to enhance marketing, communication, and advertising efforts globally.

We needed help managing our paid media outreach across the UAE and Hong Kong to reduce our cost per qualified lead.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Outdo has achieved a 10x reduction in our cost per qualified lead and a 7.5x reduction in our cost per lead. Overall, we’ve gotten more qualified leads at a lower cost, and our customer acquisition cost has reduced by 90%.

Outdo is always on time and extremely proactive. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
