What challenge were you trying to address with Outbound Sales Pro?

We needed to build and manage a full outsourced sales development representative (SDR) program for our company. Their SDRs qualify prospects based on our ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria before booking meetings, so our sales team only spends time on conversations with decision-makers who are a genuine fit. They manage all appointment scheduling directly onto our team’s calendars and ensure every booked meeting includes context on the prospect, their pain points, and why they’re a good fit. We don’t use them for CRM management specifically, but they log all outbound activity and meeting details so we have full visibility into the pipeline they’re building.

Outbound Sales Pro consistently books qualified sales meetings each month, and the pipeline they generate directly contributes to closed-won revenue for our business. We’ve seen steady improvement in email open rates, LinkedIn connection acceptance rates, and overall response rates as their team refines messaging and targeting over time. The volume of qualified opportunities they create month-over-month gives our sales team a reliable flow of conversations with decision-makers, which is exactly what we need. Within the first few months, outbound became one of our top lead sources — something we didn’t have much of before working with them.

They’re consistently booking 3–4 highly qualified meetings per week or 12–16 per month with senior-level decision-makers at companies ranging from $100 million–$2 billion in revenue.
