We needed an agency to support our online presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ottawa Tech Heroes changed the website. They continue to manage social media marketing and SEO efforts based on a list of keywords that I produced. Their team posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. They also write blogs that I review and their team posts on my behalf.

What is the team composition?

I work with a few people from Ottawa Tech Heroes directly. I’m in contact with the owner, a website manager, and a graphic designer.

A colleague recommended Ottawa Tech Heroes.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend about $700 a month but they also completed other projects that were additional costs. Ottawa Tech Heroes’s more expensive than the previous organization that managed these services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2019 and the project’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, the engagement’s positive. A few words are ranking better than they were before our collaboration. Their team creates good graphics and blog posts. I’m particular about content and they meet my standards almost 100% on time. We started a few months ago, so I have to wait to review the results.

Their team's reliable and uses an excellent project management software. If I need a product urgently, their team will get it done quickly. In the end, they always give me what I want.
