Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

OROGAMIS was accountable for fortifying Notion's platform by providing both UI/UX design and branding services. The process started by conducting extensive discovery and research in order to understand Notion's target audience, business goals, and current platform design. 
This informed the redesign and optimization of the user interface, where OROGAMIS created wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups of key pages, to ensure consistency and seamless user experience across different devices. 
In addition to this, OROGAMIS also assisted in Notion's brand evolution, developing a comprehensive brand style guide that included the fine-tuning of the logo, color scheme, typography, and bespoke visual elements such as icons and illustrations. To test against user needs, usability testing was conducted and feedback integrated to further evolve UI/UX and brand elements. 
Final products included fully designed files, user journey maps, responsive layouts, a detailed brand style guide, and post-launch implementation support. OROGAMIS provided a polished and smooth user experience with a refined brand identity that helped Notion further solidify itself as a market leader in the productivity space.

The project resulted in a significant increase in user engagement, with users reporting a smoother and more intuitive experience across the platform. The refreshed branding led to improved brand recognition and a more consistent visual identity across all channels. Additionally, usability testing showed a higher user retention rate and more efficient task management, indicating a positive impact on overall platform usability.
