Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are a door manufacturer. The majority of our work is high-end interior door manufacturing for residential and commercial projects. We then work with architects to present our work, and we also sell to some distributors. Everything we do is basically customized, so it’s on a per project basis.

I am the president of the company.


What challenge were you trying to address with OrNsoft?

We needed a website to help our company with SEO and project management.


What was the scope of their involvement?

OrNsoft aided our company by issuing a type of CRM [Customer Relationship Management] system. Prior to the sale estimate, the system sends a newsletter to our range of contacts. After we book the project with a contact, the contact becomes a project itself and our project managers put all their details and purchase information into the insurance certification request. I’m not so technical as far as websites and all that, but what they did is created a system that allows you to put the information into the certificate, click a button, and have all of your information automatically sent to our insurance department, that then resends an email back to the sender in a nicely made form. OrNsoft is doing a very good job. They keep updating the system.

How did you come to work with OrNsoft?

We found them online. After interviewing them, they came to our firm and we created our first site. The first project was very small because we were small at the time.

How much have you invested with OrNsoft?

Every year we spend $50,000 to $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

It’s been seven or eight years. Every year we do some type of a project with OrNsoft.


Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We experienced a major improvement of sales with the SEO.

What did you find most impressive about OrNsoft?

They are responsive. Sometimes, if there is a bug or something that doesn’t work, they usually fix it within a day. We fill out all the details together in writing, and usually there are no surprises.

Are there any areas OrNsoft could improve?

No. Even though I don’t really know their exact operation, when we tell them what we need, they just do it. Like every business, there is always room for improvement, but that’s really a question for them I would think.

    They stick to project estimates. If there is a change, it’s usually on our end. Along the project, there is extra stuff we come up with. Obviously they charge, and I think its fine. They don’t usually forget details and ask to be paid afterwards.
