I’d been targeting different regions in the US but wanted to expand into selling my products internationally.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OrbixCode created an e-commerce website for me. They used WordPress to develop the website from scratch. They also designed the site using Adobe XD and gathered images to showcase our products. Additionally, they executed SEO.

They also did social media marketing on Facebook for us. I shared the strategy for the ads, and they ran them.

I searched for companies in Miami, Florida, and found them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

OrbixCode was very responsible. They incorporated my ideas and added their own, delivering the various products as soon as possible. We had minor problems because we had a lot of products in our database, but nothing major.

Usama was great.

How did OrbixCode perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very budget-friendly; they provided a lot of value for the money spent. Their communication was top-of-the-line. We communicated using Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet, but mostly Slack. We used Trello for project management.

They behaved like family with us after two or three meetings.

No, they’re good.

OrbixCode delivered the website on time and met all of our expectations. As a result, we noticed an increase in sales. Also, we were very satisfied with the design of our site.

Their project management style was very good; in fact, they finished the project in one month. For communication, we interacted via Google Meet and WhatsApp. We used Jira to manage tasks.

Their team stayed within deadlines — they used Trello and followed a Kanban workflow. We used Google Meet and Zoom to communicate.
