I am the Owner of New Mind and Body Personal Training Center in Bethlehem, PA. We provide one on one personal training in a private studio with trainers totally dedicated to the client for the entire session.

For what projects/services did your company hire CLICKimize, LLC?

We initiated our personal training website in early 2018 without professional SEO help and still continued to rely on local advertising that we had been using. This advertising was doing a reasonable job getting clients, but we were on a no growth plateau, hoping that the website would get us moving again. Unfortunately little changed in the level of our new client activity for the year and in January of this year (2019) we decided that we needed professional SEO help.

What were your goals for this project?

Complete SEO analysis with recommendations to increase our marketing exposure.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched and interviewed a number of local marketing companies and found that the prices for the service were way out of our affordability range. We then decided to canvass for independent contractors nationwide and received numerous seemingly qualified specialists and started interviewing them.

We reduced the quotes to 3 technicians that had similar credentials that were in our price range, but were not local. This caused some concern about having to work with phone calls, texts, emails etc. We ended up selecting the Clickimize proposal on its merits and decided that we had no choice locally that we could afford and had to chance the distance issue.

We commissioned the site SEO analysis and recommendations by the end of April. Our full participation in the Google ad program was up and running by the end of May. Clickimize cautioned us that it would start slow, but would build.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

June and July requests for consultations exceeded our normal inquiries and it was all from Google. 90% of these consultations were converted to training contracts and August was the best month we have had in years.

Extremely high technical proficiency and able to explain it at our level. They got the results they said they would get.

It is so easy working with Clickimize. They did most of the work for us. All we had to do was show up for estimates and doing the work requested.

We used to work with referrals and clients we knew, we now build more clientele through our website and advertisement Clickimize offered. Our sales increased 50% in new clients.

The projects were very easy. We all have a clear understanding on the contracts and we all follow up with eachother and great communication skills.

Their web design is very professional and detailed. It catches the clients attention and gives our company a great look. If there was any problems they immediately took care of it.
