We needed a video introducing our company and services in an engaging and professional way.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They provided us with excellent service and communication, did as many revisions as we needed and were able to create a video that translated our brand and services.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

They first asked us to record a loom video with instructions on the project. They watched the loom video and from that, created a sample video. We gave feeback on the sample, and based on that they created a board with all the images that would be included on the video. Again, we provided feedback and then they gave us the first animated version of the video. This was already really good, but they still adjusted some feedbacks we had.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Zubair. He was a pleasure to work with, very polite and fast in responding. The quality of his work is great.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We uploaded this video on our website and social media. Everyone in the company was very happy with the quality of it.

They had a very structured process, which gave me confidence in their work. From the begging, Zubair sent me a description of the steps of the projects and estimated times for each part. The use of the loom tool to give feedbacks was suggested by them and I found it really helpful

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication is polite and efficient. They were happy to take feedback and very attentive to the feedback provided (they always changed what I asked for correctly).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, it was really good.

We searched online for the companies that can develop and design and showcase their work as a portfolio. We outreach multiple companies and found the best response from them. They have the best price and provide value more than the money.

They have a hassle-free step. First, their representative understands our needs, and then they come up with a plan and strategy. To make brand awareness, they run a PPC campaign using Google AdWords,

Two people continuously connected with us, One is an Advertisement Manager and the second is a salesperson.

The campaigns they run worked successfully, and results were above then our expectations,

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially, when we started to work, It was a little hard to manage, as we are experiencing new stuff, but after two or three interactions, all were clear and easy to manage.

When it comes to new ventures in e-commerce, Orangease has an expert and market-competitive team. They provide you guidance if you are an unknown.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not so much, but they can improve their documentation for our understanding—otherwise, Excellent service.
