What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The work we’re doing is multi-layered. The website is very responsive. In terms of marketing, we haven’t seen a payoff yet. Our expectation for marketing is that anything we put out there will have a smaller ROI because of the current economic situation, but we’re hoping to be pleasantly surprised.
How did The Orange Lab perform from a project management standpoint?
When we send them a notification about updates, the team responds in a timely manner. The Orange Lab also does well with deadlines. They wanted us to use Trello and Slack, but I can only check so many platforms in a day.
I see the value of Trello for them, but for me as a customer, I always end up just emailing them. I prefer an email trail of what’s happening.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The Orange Lab is very attentive and responsive, which is very important. Their constant communication and responsiveness are key strengths.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We have experienced a bit of a language issue, so we’re always careful to review everything from an English-speaking point of view to make sure that everything flows smoothly. The team responds positively when we give them feedback.
