I've used Optimize Your Marketing for a variety of services, including paid social media and PPC advertising. Their team has created ads for us on a variety of platforms, although they primarily focus on Google. Additionally, they've helped us create and launch cold emails.

I don't know how many teammates from Optimize Your Marketing are working on my project. I mainly work with Ian (Full Time Founder & CEO).

How did you come to work with Optimize Your Marketing?

They came through a recommendation from someone through a shared channel. Initially, I met with Ian, who walked me through the process of their different offerings and plans; it was all very thorough and comprehensive. He even gave me examples within comparable clients and industry verticals to see what I could potentially expect. It was very comforting to see that he had experience in this space. He was able to speak about my industry very intelligently.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although we haven't seen an increase in sales yet, we're hoping that our efforts will come to fruition soon. Still, I've absolutely seen an increase in leads. Moreover, Optimize Your Marketing has provided some helpful tips regarding brand engagement. Overall, their work has met our expectations.

How did Optimize Your Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Ian has been very proactive and almost a step ahead in a lot of situations. He always talks about what's coming next and tries to manage expectations. Overall, he's doing a great job in that regard. We use a variety of tools to collaborate, including Google Docs, Slack, and Airtable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

PPC advertising is Optimize Your Marketing's biggest strength.

Although we've identified some areas of improvement, they're making those corrective changes now.

The key deliverables were to create 3 different campaign groups, each with their own campaigns and different retargeting metrics in each. He 100% delivered, and took the time to answer our many questions. Thank you Ian!

The Optimize Marketing Team came in to help provide demand-generation strategies for all of our portfolio companies. We were looking for a team to help us build out the strategy, and also manage the day-to-day execution of our ads and landing pages. Ads were run across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, etc.

As a startup, we were competing with large giants in our industry with unlimited ad spend. Ian was able to take our budget and create an entire strategy to not only compete with these giants, but to beat them. He did everything, from SEO optimization to pay-per-click strategy to website design. 

He is incredibly data-driven and frequently employed A/B testing to make sure we were moving forward as strong as possible. As a CEO, I never had to worry about ad strategy, because I knew Ian had it covered and I trusted him completely.

Red Sentry had 280% growth in revenue in 2023, and a large part of that was from our ad-campaign, led by Ian.

Ian is able to take risks, but in a budget-conservative way. He is constantly evolving with new marketing strategies, but is 100% aware of budget limitations and is willing to try new strategies that make sense for your specific business. Most importantly, he is data-driven and agile.

No. Even if we hit blockers, Ian was constantly pivoting and improving and evolving, which is the most important thing.

I've worked with Optimize since before they were Optimize. Their level of expertise in digital optimization is in a very exclusive class. I spent years on the hunt for the ninja that could demystify paid media online and increase sales without increasing budgets and degrading ROAS. 
Not only could they engineer the outcome I was looking for, but also they do so with transparency and cogent thought. Basically, Optimize was able to translate to me the 5 W's about advertising online and make a real impact in my business.
