For what projects/services did your company hire Optimizator, and what were your goals?
Financial Modelling, Budgeting and Accounting. Forecast our financials , better align our marketing , and operations across the portfolio. Have clean and up to date accounting system and records.
SOLUTION
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Optimizator was recommended to ourselves, and after an initial discovery call, we were pleased with the information and advice given. Their approach was unique compared to other agencies, we were looking for someone who offered expertise across finance and operations. We were happy that Optimizator would be able to support our vision.

After the discovery call, Val created a roadmap for the initial setup that needed to be completed. They cleaned up our accounting system, automated bookkeeping , build the integration between our accounting system and sales channels.
Then, they came up with a 12-month projection of our financials and inventory needs while considering worst possible outcomes. With those projections they helped us understand our working capital needs and what loan terms we could have afforded without putting too much stress on our cashflow. We continue to meet up monthly to discuss our progress, movement of capital and cash commitments needed for marketing and product launches.

Within the roadmap, timeframes were adhered to, Systems were built and projections for both financials and inventory created. The information delivered was easy to understand and Val gives you a complete walk through.

After the discovery call, Val created a roadmap using notion for the initial setup that needed to be completed. Each week we went through tasks completed and what was needed for the coming week. Onboarding through quickbooks gives us the ability to see numbers in real time. Forecasting and Inventory Data is accessible through google docs, and a weekly check in call through google meets.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The overall knowledge shown by Val in all aspects of Financial and Operations really helps, as well as supporting the marketing team with the necessary numbers to drive decisions. His attention to detail enabled lots of the key decisions to be made quickly using his in depth analysis of the numbers.
