In December 1998, Optima Management was created with the aim of supporting companies in their success. The founders, two accountants specialized in management and keen on strategic planning, process optimization and cost control, have built a solid relationship with many companies. And for two decades, we have been contributing concretely to their success.
A beneficial experience:
Twenty years later, more than 300 companies and organizations have trusted us to support them in their challenges and their development. Over the years, 15,000 managers have followed one or another of our courses adapted to their reality. We also shared our experience with 2,000 future accountants by acting as lecturers or lecturers for one or other of the five universities in which we were involved to train the next generation. With our partners, we have faced many challenges. Realize a strategic planning in a context of turbulence, renegotiate a long-term agreement thanks to a good knowledge of all the product families, implement a cost / product cost system with more than 1,500 products and 1,000 customers, implement the ISO 9001 standard, improving production practices to reduce costs are just a few examples of the mandates we have achieved. Among the organizations that have trusted us are very large manufacturing companies, government agencies such as municipalities, and many SMEs, both in the service and manufacturing sectors. The areas in which we are involved are numerous: aerospace, food, construction, health, transportation, professional associations, research and development, environment, telecommunications, etc .
