We do not impose unnecessary rubrics and strange work schedules on anyone, but we adapt to local conditions and needs. The Opteamus Helpdesk system, where if necessary, the end user records the ticket himself on the web interface, if necessary, the ticket entry is the task of the dispatchers. If necessary, a ticket consists of two rubrics, if necessary, twenty. The helpdesk system is originally Hungarian, but multilingual , the authorization system is highly sophisticated, the software is designed for industrial use in every way.
