We do not impose unnecessary rubrics and strange work schedules on anyone, but we adapt to local conditions and needs. The Opteamus Helpdesk system, where if necessary, the end user records the ticket himself on the web interface, if necessary, the ticket entry is the task of the dispatchers. The helpdesk system is originally Hungarian, but multilingual , the authorization system is highly sophisticated, the software is designed for industrial use in every way.
The notifications can naturally relate to your equipment and devices, which we organize in a CMDB configuration database in an ITIL-compatible manner, but taking into account local needs. Configuration elements can include not only notifications, but also any other data, even attached documents (e.g. contracts, technical documentation, on-site photos, knowledge base notes).
