We were referred to OpenTeQ through our networks. We asked for a detailed proposal and cost estimation. We also had discussions to understand OpenTeQ’s competencies. We were happy with their team’s professionalism and knowledge about the subject. Additionally, their quotes were competitive. So we decided to engage OpenTeQ for this project.

We wanted to develop a comprehensive Office Inventory Management Application that could be used on the web. The application also required features like notifications and reminders as well as shareability of data between different users across the office.
OpenTeQ conducted a series of discussions for requirement gathering with our teams. This was used to design the roadmap for app development.
They submitted detailed workflows for our approval based on which the functionalities of the application would be designed.
OpenTeQ’s UI/UX team shared design samples for finalizing the look and feel of the application.
After freezing the workflows and confirming the UI design, OpenTeQ moved on to creating the application.
We had regular status meetings where developed functionalities were demonstrated. Any change required was incorporated.

The app developed by OpenTeQ was extremely user-friendly. We were able to quickly launch it for office inventory management. This application helped in streamlining the inventory management process for all office supplies across various departments. It enabled administrative teams to proactively order items through notifications and reminders.

Communication was transparent throughout the project period. OpenTeQ provided a single point of contact which made all communication streamlined and focused. We also had regular review meetings which helped us in keeping track of the project.
