I'm the lead for Meta ads. We provide lead generation for businesses through digital media paid ads like Meta Ads and Google Ads.

We needed support with our lead generation campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

oofbeat provides end-to-end design support for our lead generation campaigns. The team creates social media creatives for different platforms and clients, banners, blog banners, and other digital ads. oofbeat also helps us with print design for our exhibitions and events, including standee designs and banners that outline our services.

We work with two teammates from oofbeat.

We found oofbeat through a referral. The team was quick with communication and understood our scope of work during the initial period. oofbeat outlined a workflow and proposal and sent it to us within two hours, so we had a quick and easy decision-making process.

We have a monthly retainer of $750.

We started working with oofbeat in June 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have a fixed amount of deliverables monthly, usually 20 creatives per month. oofbeat delivers everything on time and has a buffer to make changes. The team is also quick to do urgent revisions if needed. oofbeat's quick turnaround time has helped our team go quick with the ad sets, so we're more than ready for our campaigns and planning.

How did oofbeat perform from a project management standpoint?

oofbeat's project management is amazing. The team is very prompt and available 24/7. One of the teammates always addresses our queries quickly. The channels and handoffs are very smooth, and oofbeat uses good tools like WeTransfer for bulk data. We have specified channels on Slack, and for urgent matters, we use WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

oofbeat has a great team and an amazing way of working. They're very creative and have original ideas. The team doesn't give us the same basic output like other firms.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything oofbeat can improve on. They're superb.

The project scope covered a complete brand identity design along with a custom website build with developing a brand kit that included a logo, color palette, font selection, and typography guidelines to establish a consistent and recognizable visual identity. Once the branding was finalized, the team moved into web design and development on WordPress. The process included creating a modern minimal layout, customizing the design to align with the new brand kit, and building a responsive website optimized for desktop and mobile.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team kept everything transparent with daily updates, time tracking, and quick feedback loops. They delivered the full brand kit in a week and the website in another week, all while making sure our feedback was carefully integrated. Communication was easy, the process was smooth, and the final result matched exactly what we needed.
