Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We asked Onsharp to build a mobile app for our 50k+ member families. As a farm organization, we have a variety of events as well as a lot of information and education that needs to go out. Onsharp took us successfully from start to finish. From brainstorming and UI/UX all the way to app approval in both stores. Our project was somewhat complex and time-consuming. We have an older database that had to tie into the new mobile app, and they were very patient with us as we worked through that.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our younger members really enjoy the simpler process of opening their mobile app to register for events like our annual convention vs. our desktop portal or having to call the office to register. Our members also liked the ability to use the legislative tool that was iframed within the app to contact their delegation. They also enjoy receiving news from the organization in the app, which they're able to access earlier thru the app vs. waiting for their print magazine to arrive a week and a half later. A calendar page for upcoming events is also popular.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They delivered on time and usually worked much faster than we were able to on our end. Any delays in the project were with our database and the developer who helps us. Onsharp works fast. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for others, so they were very patient with us. Very professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The problem-solving. Sometimes, it felt like we were hitting a dead end on our end. I would ask if accomplishing a task would be even possible, and it was always possible. There was always a way. Really helps calm the waters.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Onsharp could have done differently?

I don't have any regrets about hiring Onsharp. The project was new to us as an organization, so there are aspects of it we learned about after the fact that would have helped us more had we known. That's not really about Onsharp, just more of a learning experience for all of us.
