We were seeking for a digital marketing firm that could work with us to create a website, develop a digital marketing plan, and use customer communication platforms like Mixpanel, Landing Page Setup, Management, & Optimization (including design) and Segment to help us build our brand. For us, Infinity Media manages a broad range of projects including strategy, acquisition, and digital performance using outside software to enhance important business indicators.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our retention rates outperform those of most other businesses, mostly because Infinity Media helped us integrate and use the software during our ongoing campaign. Because everything is A/B tested to find the sweet spot, both in copy and creatives, our CPI is significantly below what we had predicted and significantly below the industry average.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

In order to compare this week's performance to previous week's, we hold two meetings a week: one for top of funnel and one for mid funnel. Then, in order to make sure nothing is overlooked or missed, we hold a monthly meeting to compare the previous month to the current month and align this with our KPIs. We consider the good, the bad, and the ugly as lessons learnt. Work collaboratively to enhance the plan and iterate the strategy.

They are easy to work with and always there to help and what's most important is that they care about our company and we consider them as an extension to the business.

As with all relationships that are on the same mission things happen and you make a logical plan to refine them and get better. Infinity Media is respectful, integral, and reliable.

Overall, my experience with OneLittleWeb has been excellent, and I can't think of any major areas for improvement. They were highly effective in delivering on their promises and meeting deadlines. However, one suggestion would be to offer even more granular reporting on specific keyword performance over time, which would help in understanding the impact of individual SEO efforts. But, overall, they did a fantastic job and exceeded expectations
