Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the chairman & CEO of Viaticus Trading. We white-label, and sell, cosmetics and skincare products. We manufacture for our partners, and develop our own line of skincare products, which we sell to retailers.

We hired them to help us set up an e-commerce store.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided web development, web design, backend management, and set up all the modules necessary for a fully functional e-commerce store. They built it on Shopify. 

They set up the backend in a way that allowed us to capture real-time user experience, which enabled a more focused approach on digital marketing. Additionally, their team worked with us on brand perception by creating a sophisticated look. Their team currently handles our digital marketing and campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

We reached out to several agencies; I met with roughly 16 people. I liked the clarity of the strategic proposal this team presented, as well as their level of experience.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration began around January 2020 and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since the site launched, we have exceeded our projected sales target. We’ve also gotten very good user data, allowing us to draw real-time strategies to improve our marketing and user experience. 

They enlightened us on the various aspects of marketing and web design and helped us target the right markets and audiences. In my experience, I’ve never seen such precision in audience targeting. Our ad spend is much lower than expected due to their knowledge and clear drafting of campaigns. 

How did ONECALL Business Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

During development, we met weekly and had biweekly calls. They deliver on time and just under budget. They prepare us ahead of time for problems that could arise, instructing us how we should address them. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very experienced and we’ve built a good rapport. They also helped us maximize our marketing with beauty bloggers, helping reduce our costs.

I'm the SAP Solution Architect Project Manager for a software solutions company.

For what projects/services did your company hire ONECALL Business Solutions, and what were your goals?

We hired ONECALL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS to design and develop an e-Learning Online Portal which would enable us to create and host online courses to facilitate internal trainings and client handover. We also wanted to include certifications and scoring capabilities to help with our internal job postings and employee review program.

How did you select ONECALL Business Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

Mr. Nayani reached out to me via an outreach email and we discussed and discovered potential opportunity to collaborate. I found that we had very healthy discussions and Mr.Nayani was very candid and straight forward with his approach.

The e_Learning online education system is based on multiple types of objective questions including pictures, graphs, and Objective questions with 7 format style of answers.

Our point of contact is Mr. Nayani along with 3 member development and 1 member design team working behind the scene.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have streamlined our internal trainings and by the end of the project we are looking to streamline the internal job postings and certifications.

The project management is 1 on 1, with Mr. Nayani serving as primary point of contact. All project updates including milestones, key deliverable, timelines and tracking is handled through Trello and Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found them to be highly motivated and result driven.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We shared our feedback with them with regards to their prototyping process post kick-off. they were responsive and delivered the prototypes.
