We first discussed what we wanted to achieve, then created a scenario based on which the shooting would happen. We agreed on a date for shooting and worked all day to capture what was initially discussed.

I worked with the owner and all communication was very straight-forward.

We've presented the video to a wide audience and the feedback is great. Everyone thinks it greatly describes what our company does and what are the advantages of working with ENCORE.

I’m the project leader of Servier, a pharmaceutical company.

What challenge were you trying to address with One More Frame?

We wanted to attract our audience by publishing some videos. The overall aim is to inform the population about different kinds of disease and how they could be better managed, how people can take care of themselves, and what they should do when they develop symptoms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did the video production for our campaign, working on a movie in which we describe hidden symptoms that aren’t so well known, and how to evaluate them. They did the storyboards and preparation. They maintained the sounds, size, and global expression of the video. After they finished it, our company distributed and managed it. The video was published on Facebook, internal media in Bulgaria, and through web events and other media channels.

What is the team composition?

There were around ten people.

How did you come to work with One More Frame?

We contacted many companies to evaluate them and found One More Frame to be very professional. They came with a reasonable offer, conducted the business plan, and started with storyboards and an offer. We compared the proposal regarding the storyboard and then chose them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in June 2018 for almost a month. We’re meeting with the director to discuss our next project.

We had to shoot 32 videos for waiters- training proggramme.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had to choose in between 5 companies with exellent references. Had 3 final offers and took a desicion upon experience, price and time line.

We had a discovery meeting. We needed to get the idea clarified and well visualized. They helped us create a script for the video- One Day of a Waiter in Happy Restaurant. Than they helped us creatе the script for the different training Modules/ 31 videos all in the range of 5-15 minutes/

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with companys owner. After each shooting day we would discus time schedule and results. After each modul was ready(sound and design) he had to verify the quality of the product.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every new waiter in the company( Happy Restaurants have 23 restaurants in Bulgaria, two in Barcelona and one in London on Piccadily Circus) is taking this course and after successful completion he or she can start working as a waiter in the restaurant.

The owner of the Company was very easy to comunicate. We had regular meetings and direct comunication throughout the whole process. After each module was ready we had a detailed review of material and after feedback was taken under account we moved forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about One More Frame was that they managed to take the idea out of your head. They will also shape it and make it happen just the way you imagined it !!!!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they are up to the top of their performance!
