Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The team went through their strategy and input for the relevant channels, and targets were put in place. Email follow ups between the team and us at Koi, to ensure all copy/creative and goals are aligned and up-to-date. Weekly update calls where we are talked through all the details, as well as quick responses over email.

What was the team composition?

We work two account managers with separate responsibilities for paid social, and paid search/PPC.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are on track to reach our overarching KPI’s for the company which include the increased reach and sales generated through One Day’s efforts in the digital marketing. Our target market and customers are reacting well to the unified strategy, as we see an increase in customers in our target demographic. After the initial few weeks, we’re already seeing a largely quantifiable positive uptick across all metrics including ROAS and sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both account managers are very approachable, friendly and professional; easy to communicate with, allowing a productive relationship between the company and the agency. The team are reactive to current trends, and adapt their strategies ensuring they are always keeping an eye on the campaigns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is very knowledgeable in what they do, and make sure the goals of the company are always at the forefront of their strategy. It’s great to have two account managers with separate responsibilities so we don’t have to worry anything is overlooked.

We’re an online retailer for women’s fashion. I’m the in-house marketing and website developer.

We have and in-house resource, but we don’t have any specialized experience in Facebook advertising, Google Ads, or Google search.

They manage everything from a Google Shopping perspective They take ownership of paid search and paid Facebook advertising

One Day Agency did the research, reported what they found,  and we cooperated to do what’s right for our business moving forward. It was very collaborative.

We’ve worked with other agencies in the past, but weren’t happy with their performance. They were a referral, and they came well-recommended from one of our partner companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We have them on retainer, and have spent £2,500 per month (approximately $6,000 USD total).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in February 2020 and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen about 180% increase on our ROI for ad spend. Sales have also increased by about 75%, with an increase in revenue from last year by about 60%. Considering that we started working together at the same time as the COVID-19 outbreak, those are some rather significant metrics. While other businesses are struggling, we’ve managed to improve it.

How did One Day Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They were fantastic. We have bi-weekly calls, and every time we need to speak with them, they’re available over email, phone, and WhatsApp. We can go into their office at any time as well. They’re local to us. They also reported using a reporting system.

No, we’re happy with everything they’ve done to date.
