I am Head of FoodTech Products at Goodwine - fine wine and fine food premium retailer based in Ukraine

We decided to increase online shopping share in business with mobile commerce experience. We hired Once Agency to create clear and easy UX and UI to reach mobile customers and provide them an app of both iOS and Android platforms, where you may order delivery in just two clicks

How did you select this vendor?

We searched for the best value-for-money UX/UI designers in Ukraine and selected 3 agencies for the short list. We chose Once Agency as their design approach was the most professional and business-oriented

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We value co-operation and co-creation with vendors teams. Therefore, together with Once Agency team we conducted customers interviews, did a market research, and agency team prepared design sprint session as our aim was to have a quick start.

We came across all design sprint stages:

• mapped value proposition and metrics of success
• suggested and identified creative and effective ways of solving design challenges
• created prototype of the best solution
• tested if on real customers and outside
• fine-tuned design solution and started to work on full-scale features design for a new mobile commerce process.

Designers from Once Agency always participating grooming process with engineer team to get the most from the design on both iOS and Android platforms

We worked directly with Product design strategist and Head of product UX

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We estimate conversion results on regular basis and mobile commerce gained more than 5% of sales within 3 month of up and running. This demonstrates good approach designers chose for the interface of checkout process. Average basket of mobile shopper is x2 times bigger than offline shopper.

We can speak here of the impact of design of items feeds, items cross-selling courusels and other elements of items representation

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are working on weekly basis with online meetings and usually meet offline for strategic work - design challenges and roadmap planning. Agency usually delivers on time and we all easily track the progress as we both have access to the agency design tasks work environment

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciate agency team is really engaged to the business side of the solution they design. They always ask right and deep questions to achieve quick-win solution where possible and strategically right way to embrace the long-term goals. We love co-creation process with the Once agency team, it is always hard-working but fruitful

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes it was challengeable for Android engineer to follow the designs and animations. So they communicated together to find solution specific to Android platform

Since 1998 our insurance company worked only with corporate clients, and in 2019 we decided to launch sales of insurance for private persons. Once Agency created new branding, communication and advertisement strategies, developed desines of landing pages. Also Onces provide SMM services to our company and give us a support in all staff connected to marketing

I think, looking on our online insurance products, which our company has developed together with Once Agency, will be the best description. I've work closely with CEO and Creative director and SMM manager. UX designer, designer, copywriter are also involved in our project

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've have created a new portfolio of clients, upgraged level of clients service and enlarged sum of earned premiums in 5 times for two years.

Work was extremely effective and qualitative.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They listen to what I need and propose a lot of ideas. Level of creativity is impressive

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Probably yes, but I'm satisfied
