Logical Billing Solutions Inc is a leader in Emergency and Non Emergency Ambulance billing and consulting services. As the primary Principle we strive on providing our clients with the solutions required to help them succeed in the RCM process of Ambulance Operations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Onbiron Tech, and what were your goals?

LBS brought onboard the expertise at Onbiron Tech to develop a custom solution that will provide our clients with real time data to make better operational decisions.

How did you select Onbiron Tech and what were the deciding factors?

Onbiron Tech's willingness, expertise and ability help with our needs while staying in budget was critical in the decision making process.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Onbiron Tech started from the ground up. Everything from the wireframe to the web services required to get this project completed. We have met weekly to ensure that our SaaS project is on track and to our satisfaction.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Currently we have been working with two key players within the Onbiron team. Emra has been an amazing asset to our needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been able to begin testing within the different stages of development. Each week we receive a report of progress and constant communication from the Onbiron Team.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Onbiron Tech has a hands-on management style that enables them to meet all the timelines we've given with ease. We have used all forms of compunctions from web meetings to phone calls to ensure proper communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am most impressed with the development team and their knowledge and willingness to learn about the industry we serve so they have a full understanding of our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always room for improvement within any company. At this time I have no complaints and feel that Onbiron Tech is a solid company with a very strong management and development team.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the project manager for a defense sector company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Onbiron?

We needed help with software development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed a communication network between certain elements within their constructed infrastructure. It was a wi-fi based software aligned with requirements defined by our company. They provided the infrastructure based on Linux. It’s an open-source development tool.

What is the team composition?

They have three or four people assigned.

How did you come to work with Onbiron?

The owner used to work at our company, so we had a prior connection with him.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2018, and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Originally, we gave them small tasks, and they were successful in those. Then, we gave them longer-term tasks. They do periodic reviews and reporting, which is great. Being a government company, we’re very strict about how we spend our money. They’re doing good on that front.

How did Onbiron perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good. They know our structure and how to report to us. They understand the importance of a discovery phase and flag us when there’s an issue. They keep meetings to the point and on topic.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re agile and understand what's required on their end. They worked in this defense sector for a long time and they know how the system works. It’s a win-win for us, for them, and the end-user as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need more people because we want them to grow and expand. Their team expands our vision and thinks outside the box.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When you know they understand what you need from them, they'll provide. The customer needs to be open.
