What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Originally, we gave them small tasks, and they were successful in those. Then, we gave them longer-term tasks. They do periodic reviews and reporting, which is great. Being a government company, we’re very strict about how we spend our money. They’re doing good on that front.
How did Onbiron perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is good. They know our structure and how to report to us. They understand the importance of a discovery phase and flag us when there’s an issue. They keep meetings to the point and on topic.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re agile and understand what's required on their end. They worked in this defense sector for a long time and they know how the system works. It’s a win-win for us, for them, and the end-user as well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They need more people because we want them to grow and expand. Their team expands our vision and thinks outside the box.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
When you know they understand what you need from them, they'll provide. The customer needs to be open.
