I am the owner of Denver Distillery. We make whiskey, gin, vodka, and other high-proof liquors.

Business was a bit slow, so we wanted to see if digital marketing would have any impact on our traffic.

Omnifonic LLC is employing a mix of marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness. Most of their work involves target adverting on social media, but they also do some web development and PPC campaigns.

Although we initially hired them for digital services, they have helped us design physical collateral. Recently, they revamped our website and added an interactive calendar.

I have known their owner for years, but I wasn’t aware of all of the services that they offered. When he heard that I was about to sign with another company, he assured me that his team could deliver better results at a more affordable price. I also preferred Omnifonic because they focused on lead generation, while the other company specialized in B2B marketing.

So far, we've spent just over $16,000 on their services.

I believe that we started the project in October 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before we started working with Omnifonic LLC, we were bringing in less than $12,000 a month. Now that we have adopted their digital marketing strategies, our monthly profits have risen to $20,000. We’re no longer losing a ridiculous amount of money, which is excellent for business. 

How did Omnifonic LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very attentive to our needs. Their owner stops by quite often to check up on us and offer business advice. We also have weekly meetings to discuss their agenda and review our metrics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Honesty is paramount, which is why I truly appreciate our partnership with Omnifonic LLC. They always keep us informed, even when the news isn’t pleasant. I also like that they aren’t the pretentious type to speak in jargon without further explanation. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

During our meetings, everything is displayed on their screens. As someone with hearing loss, it would be nice to have material printed on paper so that I can follow along better.

Ads have supported our website since its inception, so we have been able to offer most of our services to users for free. We recently decided to switch to a subscription-based model, but we were hesitant to do so without informing our users in the best possible way.

It was hard for us to tell our users that we were going to charge them for services that they have used for free for the past 16 years, but Omnifonic LLC found ingenious ways to articulate the message gracefully. Within eight months of employing their strategies, our paid subscription numbers increased by 32 percent. Their strategic messaging also gave our users peace of mind that their images will always be secure, despite our business changes.

How did Omnifonic LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

It was a great collaborative experience. During our weekly meetings with their CEO, we discussed their progress and planned for future stages. They usually met with us at our office to get an intimate understanding of our business and our online presence. Their team divided the work according to their areas of skill, which increased the efficiency of their workflow. When they were not on site, we communicated via Slack. We used Trello as a project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Omnifonic LLC was willing to go beyond the surface level to get a deeper understanding of our business. The more they learned about our company, the more they dug into every aspect of our business. They gave us the fresh set of eyes that we needed to optimize our brand for user engagement. Working with them was like having extra executives on our team.
