I’m the manager and a shareholder of Decorino, and we’re an e-commerce company that provides home decor products. We’re focused on rugs, carpes, and lighting materials.

We needed help in improving our customer lifetime value.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Omniconvert integrated their software into our website, which helped us improve our relationship with our loyal customers. Their solution segments our clientele in terms of recency, frequency, and monetary levels, giving us a better understanding of their needs. Our relationship is ongoing.

I’ve worked with a project manager and one resource who helps on technical issues.

I met them at an e-commerce event where they were presenting their product.

We started working together in November 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Using Omniconvert’s tool, we’ve gained a clear understanding of our customers. We’ve been able to successfully segment our customers and approach them appropriately.

Our project manager is always available. We communicate through email and telephone.

Omnicovert’s team is smart.
