Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the director of an online casino. I use SEO in order to rank my online casino in search engines and that is where all my customers find my brand. I control the daily runnings of the business and assign internal staff with work and also outsource work to agencies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Omnia Agency LTD, and what were your goals?

I used Omnia Agency for the link building. Link building is a crucial ranking factor in my niche and therefore I wanted experts to help me pick the best backlinks that will help improve the authority and rankings of my site. The goal was to become a more authoritative brand than the ones rankings above me. I wanted to be the one ranking top for the terms most relevant to my website but this takes a lot of time and skill.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had heard about Omnia through word of mouth. They have done a lot of work previously on some huge brands within my industry and therefore I felt they had the experience and skills required to complete the link building campaigns successfully. They also offered better customer service than other agencies that I had spoken to, as well as being cheaper. Another deciding factor was that they specialise in iGaming and Sports Betting SEO so if anyone knows what to do, it's them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

Their process could not be any more simple. They find all the best link opportunities for me, based on the requirements I gave them. From that, I then pick which links I want for the coming month. Omnia then helped me pick the anchor text and referral URLs and even sorted all of the content articles for me so I didn't have to worry about any of that. Once all this was decided, we scheduled when we wanted each article to go live.

 They managed to get them live as I wanted and the links are still on the sites to this day, which is good because other agencies get links taken down far too quickly, even when I specify wanting permanent posts. An upcoming project that I will be using Omnia for is going through old articles on my website and optimising them. I see that the content score on some of my pages aren't the best and could do with a makeover. They have their own in-house content team with years of experience doing this so I'm happy to use them for that.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had my own dedicated account manager. This is who I spoke to on a daily basis. We communicated on chats and also had calls every now and then. Sometimes I would be put in a group chat with other members of their team to discuss other little bits. These were usually SEO managers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I saw my rankings and traffic improve significantly over a long period of time. SEO is a waiting game at times and this was explained to me prior before we began working together. But with consistent outreach each month, we have seen our traffic improve by more than double, which is exactly what we were after.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their project management was great. It all began with a detail proposal document they sent me which clearly explained everything they offer. We then had our own dedicated link sheet with all the websites and metrics. On this sheet was an order tab where we could track the progress of every link we built. They were always on hand for a chat, even after work hours. This is what I liked about them, you can speak to them personally whenever you needed them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I find more impressive is that they are willing to go above and beyond, over a better service than other agencies I've used and at a much cheaper price. They were really down to earth and know what they were talking about. They also took pride in delivering results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If I was being really picky, I would say perhaps to look at the pre-text and post-text of some of the articles that they write and try and hit some more keywords in there.
