Stadium Sports Cards came to Omni Agency looking to break into the E-commerce space after years of operating in a physical store. Stadium Sports Cards wanted to accelerate their online presence quickly as a result of the Covid-19 restrictions within 2020/2021. The company was looking to redefine their online presence and take control of the online e-commerce space, to ensure they keep up with trends and connect with consumers.
After being referred by a past client and our reputation of successful online e-commerce outlets, Stadium Sports Cards decided to move forward with Omni. The client needed a fully functional online e-commerce store, on-page SEO, and a successful strategy. The client was specific that they did not want a recurrent project, so we decided to create everything they would need to manage the store independently and ensure future successful operations and website traffic through their own organic marketing efforts strategized and strategically organized by our team.

I’m the sales director for Logic Tech Corp, a company that provides dental software for the dental community.
What challenge were you trying to address with OMNI AGENCY?
Our business was referral-based, so we didn’t spend much time on social media and newsletters. As a result, we needed a company that could take care of that for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
OMNI takes care of our Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. They send our newsletters to our clients and create a blog for our website every month. To elaborate, I initially give them a topic that I want to discuss in our next newsletter. Then, their resources will do the research, looking into content that they’re going to write.
From there, we typically go back and forth to review their outputs through a Zoom call. Once our team gives them the go-ahead, OMNI publishes the content. They also put graphics for the newsletters and blogs. At the end of the month, they give us a report to let us know about our social media performance.
For context, our business is in a niche market, so dentists don’t go to social media and call us to buy the software. In other words, this campaign is more of a means to communicate with our existing clients.
What is the team composition?
I mainly work with two people from OMNI. Sahel (Operations Manager) is in charge of managing our account, and a content writer joins our calls.
How did you come to work with OMNI AGENCY?
We did some research on the internet and spoke with three companies. Some companies took forever to get back to us, so I didn’t want to deal with them at all. Meanwhile, OMNI seemed to be diligent in terms of returning calls, communicating with us, and giving quotes. Everything was done quickly, so we hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
We invest about $1,500 CAD (approximately $1,000 USD) per month. In total, we’ve spent around $7,000 CAD (approximately $6,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the partnership in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For social media, we don’t have many followers because it’s mostly for our existing clients. Meanwhile, when we talk about a new product in our newsletter, we get plenty of calls from customers — that’s what’s important to me. When I get calls, customers tell me that they’re interested in the products we discuss in the newsletter. In other words, the content in the newsletter turns into sales for us.
How did OMNI AGENCY perform from a project management standpoint?
For project management tools, OMNI has a portal where they put our social media statistics once a month. I can also go to a certain website where I see all of their posts, the newsletter in progress, and the blog they create.
Meanwhile, I’ve had no issues since day one in terms of their communication skills and ability to stick to the schedule. To communicate, we use emails. Sometimes, I call them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like the fact that OMNI is always available to work with us. We can set up meetings at any time to review things. I also like their setup and portal, which help them learn about our business. They involve us in the back-and-forth process they use in terms of newsletters and blogs. Overall, everything is working well for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. I don’t have any concerns with them at all.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You have to be involved in the write-ups that OMNI creates. They’re not a team that you simply hire to write whatever you want. In our engagement, we set a date on which we post the social media content, and then we go back and forth over that content. That way, we’re fully involved in the content creation process.

I’m a project manager at Vision Construction Management, a construction company based in Hamilton, Ontario that works with a wide variety of clients. We do multi-unit residential dwellings and custom renovations; our teams have done some commercial construction, too.

Being a young four-year-old company, we decided it was time to advertise a little more. Given that, we hired OMNI AGENCY to develop our website for us to showcase our recent projects. We also wanted to drive traffic to the website with the goal of bringing in additional clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, OMNI AGENCY gave us a thorough pitch after having done plenty of research on our company. The process was quick, and the team worked to offload much of the work for us. After that, they designed our website from scratch. We already had our logo, which they utilized in a new way so that our branding stayed consistent with what previously had. That being said, they also gave it a bit of an updated and sleeker look. Apart from that, the OMNI AGENCY team also gave us free content to post on our Instagram page as branded assets.

Omni Agency was referred to us by a business associate. After a couple of meetings with them, we hired them, since they have had great experience in the past with respect to providing web designing services and we were thoroughly impressed by their portfolio as well as clientele.

We had an initial phone call to discuss the basics of the project which was followed by a detailed conference call where we discussed more about our company, what we did and how we wanted our website to look. From the very beginning, I had very little web exposure. I knew nothing about building a website, so I hired OMNI AGENCY to help me.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Tyler (Founder) built a Shopify account for me, and my actual website was structured around his recommendations. Unfortunately, I had to postpone the account because I became too busy.

Tyler was my main contact, and I worked one-on-one with him.
How did you come to work with OMNI AGENCY?
OMNI AGENCY was highly recommended by Digital Main Street, a nonprofit that assisted main street businesses.

OMNI AGENCY’S project management was great. They answer calls and emails immediately, and they never made me feel like I was bothering them. Even after I paid them and they had the website up and running, I could still come to them if I had questions; they still treated me like I was an important customer, which was great. The most impressive thing about working with them was their speed and price. I’d been putting this project off for a long time, thinking it would cost thousands. No, they couldn’t have done anything better. It usually takes a lot of time for me to import things online. Now, it takes me five days to sell things and five weeks to import them. Still, the exposure the site gives me is unbelievable, and I have people messaging me from different places.

I’d definitely recommend them. Even if you’re not sure about the engagement, just call them. There’s no pressure in using their services. In my experience, they were super helpful, and I didn’t feel any pressure since I got in touch with them from the very beginning.

I’m a lawyer and have my own practice. I deal with real estate transactions, corporate work, wills and trusts, and immigration law.
What challenge were you trying to address with OMNI AGENCY?
I needed OMNI AGENCY’s team to develop my website. I initially tried to develop it myself but lacked the patience to do so.
What was the scope of their involvement?
OMNI AGENCY came up with the full design and layout of my website. I only provided them with the content such as a photo of myself and the different practice areas and paragraphs of verbiage that I wanted to be featured on the website.
Their team incorporated an information page where my clients could put in their contact details if they wanted to book a direct appointment with me for a particular area of law. I also get notified through email when an appointment has been made through the information page.
What is the team composition?
I only worked with Tyler (CEO).
How did you come to work with OMNI AGENCY?
OMNI AGENCY was referred to me by my younger brothers.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent around $800 for their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started in August 2020. The project is done, but I still speak with them. I’m planning to contact them again to work on a couple of website updates.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
OMNI AGENCY laid out my website in a sleek yet easy manner. I received a lot of compliments on the website, and many people loved it — I met with a random real estate agent who was really impressed after checking it out.
My website now ranks first on Google for lawyers within my area, which is also a good metric for me.
How did OMNI AGENCY perform from a project management standpoint?
Overall, they provided good service and I have no complaints. At the start of our partnership, Tyler told me that he could get the website done within a week and a half, and he delivered. I thought that was good since I wanted to get my name out there as soon as possible, too. There was never a time when I had to follow up on his work because he got things done quickly.
We mostly communicated via phone calls and emails. Our initial meeting was through a telephone call wherein I relayed what I wanted for my website, and they provided me with a timeline. Tyler was very communicative. He was responsive, and it was really easy to get in touch with him. He immediately got back to me when I needed him to apply changes.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I didn’t really search for other agencies who could help me with their services. In the end, I made the right decision of hiring OMNI AGENCY because they did not disappoint me — I was happy with the final product.
Are there any areas they could improve?
OMNI AGENCY was responsive throughout the project. I didn’t see any areas that they could’ve worked on to improve their service.

For what projects/services did your company hire OMNI AGENCY?
We worked with Omni to get a pipeline in place for one of our clients. They had a unique business and needed a consistent lead funnel that converted and drove results.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Omni’s founder Tyler actually worked for us in the past. He was a killer and through that relationship, I knew it’d be worth hiring them on again.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Omni helped one of our relationships develop a unique pipeline on a third-party native platform. They gave us a rundown of what it would look like, how it would perform, how to independently manage it if needed, be and went forward with the entire configuration of it. In addition to this, they developed supplementary assets such as case studies and landing pages.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with only Tyler due to our initial relationship.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Yeah! Generating 35 leads per month at a cost per qualified lead of $80 and an average lead value of $6000. I would say we’re more than happy with Omni’s performance.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was very effective, they’re able to put in place amazing client-vendor communication channels and work channels that really streamline things. I have 0 complaints.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their push away from the traditional channels such as FB and Google ads was impressive to me. I wouldn’t have thought to utilize some of the native channels they took advantage of but, it was definitely a great approach.

None at all!

I am the owner and founder of Digital Dash. Similar to Omni agency we’re a marketing agency with full-service marketing. We work with select partners to supplement unique needs our clients require which we can’t deliver on or don’t have capacity for.
For what projects/services did your company hire OMNI AGENCY?
We hired Omni to take on one of our client's social media accounts that required deep attention to detail and specific brand imaging. Additionally, the client was looking for growth through paid media which we don’t handle so Omni was able to step in and deliver on this.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Omni has worked with us in the past with a few projects. Every time the client has been extremely pleased. The decision to work with Omni again was a no-brainer.

The project was to create and grow social media pages for a luxury design firm located in Ontario. The client was looking to develop strong case studies and demonstrations of their work/brand across their different social channels to act as a reference for prospective clients. The firm charges 150k + for packages and was looking to ensure their social pages supported that elite branding costs. The stages were:
- Develop strategy & branding palettes
- Create mood boards for potential content and decide on specific posts types/feels
- Create content, review and revise content, plan and schedule content

We worked with the owner Tyler, Younus a junior project manager, Twinkle their copywriter, and Rajitha their graphic designer. All super nice and easy to communicate with individuals.

5/5 stars from the client. We were able to deliver exactly what they were looking for throughout careful content creation process and close collaboration.

Extremely. Omni has an amazing collaboration portal that allows us to work in real-time with their team and the clients. They set up slack communication for frequent collaboration clients. And they’re very responsive.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was most impressed by their methodical approach. Really looking to deliver a product that the client is looking for Omni takes onboarding and collaboration extremely seriously. They deliver everything on time and build buffers for revision phases. Overall, they’re stellar.
