OMIQ created a platform for employees assessments. They developed a web app using the low-code Bubble platform that features easy sign-up through Google Workspace, customizable surveys, and a feedback system where employees can input and document their responses. It also includes a live dashboard for leaders to monitor feedback sessions and a system to manage who can access different parts of the app. Additionally, OMIQ developed the app's design and user experience.
