Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Sweets and Bakery shop and a food company headquartered in Thanjavur,Tamil Nadu,India. we are running our business with under 20 employees since its a micro enterprise. We largely serve our Customers through Shop outlets and special orders by calls and also involve in namkeens manufacturing and selling in bulk quantities for rural and semi urban areas.

For what projects/services did your company hire Olir Designs?

we were looking for our brand identity to reach more customers. we are in the field for over 13 years and serving quality products to our customers, it challenging to make marketing , since we focus only on production and selling. That's why we turned to olir designs to outsource our marketing and creative content development.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal is to reach our brand and its quality products to whole area of our district and other districts in our state.Doing so we created the approachable contents and images for advertising etc. we also be cautious not to interfere in our competitors way any cause and having some unique contents for marketing and advertising.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online and also getting contacts from our business circled for multiple companies to perform very good campaign at an quality and affordable price. Narrowed down and shortlisted finally as they met our expectations in terms of their design developments, content creations and way of approach , also to serve customers at affordable cost.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After Selecting the vendor we have very deep discussion on development to uplift our business in various ways. Based on our requirement they developed all the design concepts from logo to content postings, social media advertising and website creation etc.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with the firm, and they provide full tailor made content support for us. I am not sure how many people work behind it but they have done a great job.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the beginning of work itself, our brand recognition was started and multiple customers from different places have given more orders and sales increased by over 30 % from initial stages.Its a good improvement for us since we are serving customers almost over 13 years but didn't receive such targets. its completely changed know and we are now getting more and more orders.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication between the content creator and me was so strong, which make to deliver quality creatives. Multiple calls and mails and screening of contents makes us to get best solutions from the Creator.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company is new but i am impressed by the knowledge and approach. They have hired the expert persons in each fields to give the best solutions to customers. I am also very much willing to perform my next project with the company and definitely recommend to my friends and contacts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Speed and Minimalism.
