What challenge were you trying to address with OGEN Infosystems?

Our company sought out a vendor to design, develop, and maintain our website. In the interest of generating increased revenue, we also needed support with SEO services. Our ultimate goal was to improve our organic web traffic and attract genuine new customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OGEN Infosystem’s first task was to design and develop our website. Developers used PHP, HTML, and bootstrap to code the frontend. I’m able to easily upload new content and images to the backend. I selected the smaller of their content package offerings, which included between 180-200 words per page.

The design team created a fancy and sophisticated layout. Our main concern, however, was the site’s ability to garner new sales leads. To this end, the team spearheads our SEO services. Digital marketing efforts include running promotions on Google to attract potential buyers to our site.

I initially discovered OGEN Infosystems through a Google search. We chose them out of four potential vendors. A few of my colleagues and family had worked with them previously. They all gave good feedback about their experiences. The team provided strong references and an impressive portfolio featuring a sample site. After we paid the advance they immediately started working on our project.

How much have you invested with them?

We paid a portion of the cost upfront and the pending amount upon project completion.

What is the status of this engagement?

OGEN Infosystems completed our project within 11 days at the beginning of this year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve recently attracted 2-3 new clients from Bangladesh and Malaysia. These leads have come exclusively from the website OGEN Infosystems built. The platform is responsive, SEO friendly, and was completed on a very quick turnaround. They’ve bolstered our business and helped us catch the interest of good customers from across the world.

How did OGEN Infosystems perform from a project management standpoint?

I usually spoke with the project manager on a daily basis. While the project was running, we contacted the team every 2-3 days on average.

What did you find most impressive about them?

OGEN Infosystems’ skilled development team was perfect for our needs. All of their team members are really nice people. They've been able to successfully cater to all my requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could make minor improvements to the timing, duration, and payments.
