The scope of work involved setting up and customizing Zoho CRM for my business. This included configuring custom fields, pipelines, workflows, and automation to align with our specific processes. Additionally, OfficeHubTech was responsible for integrating key Zoho plugins such as Social, SalesIQ, SMS messaging, and video messaging capabilities to enhance our CRM functionality.
We agreed on a project timeline of three weeks, which included weekly meetings to track progress, address questions, and ensure alignment on deliverables. The key deliverables outlined were:
- Full setup and customization of Zoho CRM.
- Integration of Social, SalesIQ, SMS, and video messaging plugins.
- Development of automation workflows tailored to our needs.
- Ongoing communication and project updates via weekly meetings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Unfortunately, there were no measurable outcomes or progress from this project. Despite paying for the services, I was left with a non-working Zoho CRM that does not meet my needs or align with the agreed-upon scope of work.
Key deliverables such as the integration of Social, SalesIQ, SMS, and video messaging were either incomplete or left entirely undone. I even had to watch YouTube videos and configure plugins like Social and SalesIQ myself because the team failed to do so.
The automation workflows were never set up, and the system remains unusable for my business purposes. Not only did the project fail to deliver any value, but the team has also refused to respond to my communications or provide a refund. This lack of progress, coupled with their unresponsiveness, has left me with a system that is entirely useless for my business operations.

The project management from OfficeHubTech was extremely poor. They failed to deliver any items on time, including the overall project, which was promised to be completed within three weeks but remains unfinished months later.
Weekly meetings that were agreed upon at the start of the project were either missed or eventually stopped altogether without explanation. I even sent them an email stating that I felt the project was stalling on their part and emphasized the importance of attending the weekly meetings and responding to my emails to move the project forward. They never responded to that email, and when I requested a refund, they continued to ignore me entirely.
When I raised concerns or requested updates, my needs were ignored. In some cases, I had to take matters into my own hands, watching YouTube tutorials to configure plugins like Social and SalesIQ myself—tasks that were supposed to be their responsibility.
Overall, their project management was disorganized, unresponsive, and ultimately left me with a non-functional system that fails to meet the agreed-upon scope.

Unfortunately, there was nothing impressive or unique about this company. This entire experience has been horrible, marked by a complete lack of communication on their part. Despite providing detailed documentation outlining exactly what I wanted done, they failed to complete any of it.
Their inability to follow through on commitments, meet deadlines, or even respond to my emails has left me with an incomplete project and a deep sense of frustration. I cannot identify anything positive or commendable about their performance.

Absolutely—there is an extensive list of areas where OfficeHubTech could improve, starting with their complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
- Communication: The most glaring issue was their utter failure to communicate. Despite agreeing to weekly meetings to ensure project progress, they either skipped these meetings or stopped attending altogether without any explanation. Emails outlining my concerns and requests for updates were routinely ignored, including one where I explicitly stated that I felt the project was stalling due to their inaction.
- Language Barrier and Poor Equipment: During our web meetings, it became evident that their team does not have a strong grasp of English, making communication nearly impossible. Despite repeatedly telling them that I could not understand what they were saying, they showed no effort to improve or address this issue. On top of that, their webcam and microphone quality were abysmal—the poor audio and video quality made meetings even more frustrating. A $20 webcam and basic microphone would have significantly improved the equipment they used.
- Deliverables and Timeliness: They failed to deliver on every key component of the project, including the integrations and customizations that were explicitly agreed upon. The project, promised to be completed in three weeks, remains unfinished months later. I had to step in and complete tasks myself, such as configuring Social and SalesIQ, which was supposed to be their responsibility.
- Professionalism and Responsiveness: Their refusal to respond to my refund request is unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering a resolution, they have ignored me completely, leaving me with an unusable system and wasted money.
I am motivated to leave this review because of the outright poor treatment I have received. OfficeHubTech demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time, business needs, and my trust in them. Their incompetence, unresponsiveness, and unprofessional behavior make them an utterly unreliable partner for any business. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere—working with this company is a mistake you will deeply regret.
