Oddo Digital was hired to provide full SEO strategy and support for our website.The scope included full SEO review of the site and to identify areas of opportunity for Blackbaud to increase search engine rankings for targeted keywords. 

Deliverables included technical audits, key word development, meta data and on page recommendations, IA recommendations and link building development. A larger deliverable has been to create a reporting process and cadence for both the work teams and an executive level summary. Additionally, the site was going through a re-platforming during this project and Oddo Digital provided expert guidance throughout this project.

Both the blog and the main website have shown an increase in clicks. All KPIs are on upward trends. Blog (October vs. March - first full month) 142.97% in clicks 191% in impressions 6232 new ranking keywords Main Website (Past 28 days in October YoY) 21% increase in clicks

Oddo Digital's project management is excellent. Brian is our key contact and is very on top of all the work items. He collaborates with us via messaging apps and also via Asana. Deliverables have been handed off on time. Brian is always responsive to the teams' needs.

If I had to name an area for improvement (which is a challenge), it would be to provide a monthly recap and status of the various work items. All progress is available via self-service in Asana, however having a monthly recap and status update would be of additional value.
