I’m the director of a company that distributes baby products.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Obizmax helped us develop an e-commerce website. They now support our digital marketing initiatives, which include SEO and PPC campaigns. Basically, their team advises us on keywords to target and identify the keywords our competitors target. Obizmax works with us to create a keyword strategy and then optimizes our site accordingly. Their team’s also building a website for data collection. It will serve as a community for mothers too.

I only communicate with Adrian (Senior Consultant). However, my team works with other people from Obizmax.

I knew Adrian because he previously worked in my industry. He changed his direction, focusing instead on e-commerce and digital marketing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Obizmax achieves what we want them to achieve. However, we set up a subscription website for breast pumps. It didn’t take off due to gateway problems with different banks. The website worked but the payment system didn’t.

We typically communicate through WhatsApp and phone calls.
