I’m the director of a company that distributes baby products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Obizmax?

We wanted to enable consumers to directly purchase products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Obizmax helped us develop an e-commerce website. They now support our digital marketing initiatives, which include SEO and PPC campaigns. Basically, their team advises us on keywords to target and identify the keywords our competitors target. Obizmax works with us to create a keyword strategy and then optimizes our site accordingly. Their team’s also building a website for data collection. It will serve as a community for mothers too.

What is the team composition?

I only communicate with Adrian (Senior Consultant). However, my team works with other people from Obizmax.

How did you come to work with Obizmax?

I knew Adrian because he previously worked in my industry. He changed his direction, focusing instead on e-commerce and digital marketing.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent close to $15,000–$20,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership began around January 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Obizmax achieves what we want them to achieve. However, we set up a subscription website for breast pumps. It didn’t take off due to gateway problems with different banks. The website worked but the payment system didn’t.

How did Obizmax perform from a project management standpoint?

We typically communicate through WhatsApp and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive part about Obizmax is their ability to achieve timelines.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It can take a bit for them to respond to my team because Obizmax has many clients.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a try. Obizmax has achieved what we wanted them to achieve.
