The scope of work is ongoing as we assist many businesses in their online marketing needs.  OBI Services has helped me scale our marketing services beyond anything I could of imagined doing by myself.  From video editing short and long form content, to graphic design, logo creation and logo animation, to creating digital products to sell, to mapping out better SOPs and helping with file managment, to list building and creating marketing automations, this team truly feels like they can ANYTHING!  

For tasks I encountered that required a software or process outside of their knowledge, they were open to training and learning as they followed video recordings I sent in.  Within a very short time they were up and running with new tasks.  I couldn't be happier with the deliverables.  We've come a long way over the past two years and I feel like their team is family, not an organization of VAs.  They truly care about the work they do!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Happy clients.  I mean happy clients are truly priceless and out of the 2 years I've worked with OBI, I think there was only one referral I sent in that didn't work out.  The biggest measurable outcome for myself is the time I get back with my family and the opportunity I have to do what I'm best at, be creative.  If I find myself drowning in the bottleneck of business operations, I easily burnout and no longer have zest or passion for what I love to do.  

OBI keeps that alive and the ship sailing at all times.  I couldn't imagine doing business or life without OBI and I fear the day I would have to hunt for anyone comparable because they have set the bar so high.

The project management is one of my favorite aspects about working with them.  Inside Niftypm, I am able to create tickets and I have even designed my own file managmenet system with their help in dropbox as we deal with massive amounts of video and photo files with our clients.  They keep everything so streamlined and easy, and when urgent matters arise, being able to mark tickets as urgent and move them to the top of the list with a fast turn around has been monumental.  

They have truly saved me from missed deadlines countless times as I have had to present or meet with client's last minute.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing to me about OBI Services is that they feel like family.  Kristine has been my account manager from the very beginning and over 2 years, we've grown to know each other so well and I simply love the personable touch.  Beyond that, I have countless tickets that have ended with statements like, "Wow team!  My mind is blown."  Their deliverables continue to get better and better over time.  They adapt well and they speak extremely well english.  

Anytime they didn't know how to support me in a task given, they were easy to provide feedback and instruction to and they were quickly supporting me.  They transition well and they find ways to improve processes.  I simply couldn't imagine doing business without them.

I've only experienced favorite team members departing for new opportunities twice over the last 2 years and when that happened it was quite a surprise so I think the only thing they could improve on is adding another layer of talent.  A team, B team, and the C team in training so to speak and perhaps they already have this in motion or an even better version of it becuase it's been a while since I've ran into this issue.   

It can be quite the surprise when an A team member leaves unexpectantly, so any notice of that happening would always be helpful although I understand that is often out of their control as well.

Every projects I have given to OBI done very professional manner with minimal supervision. Their experience team member understand the fact and deliver almost 90% of the customers demand. However sometimes it might needs a bit of discussion to get the 100% results but it's very common in any business.

The delivery time is on time and some cases is ahead of time. Very few cases we need to redo things but it's very minor and we are okay with that. They are very responsive even after hours which is quite a great relief too.
