I am a Co-founder and the CEO of a CBD Health and Wellness company whose products are sold nationally online and through brick & mortar stores.

For what projects/services did your company hire Oasis Optimization, and what were your goals?

Our goal was to optimize our email marketing by building out a more comprehensive and higher performing series of weekly email campaigns and automated email flows.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on UpWork for email marketing specialists and interviewed several for the job. We chose Oasis for their expertise demonstrated through multiple case studies and testimonials, the clarity of their scope of work and deliverables and competitive and flexible pricing.

Put plainly, Oasis built out our email marketing systems in Klaviyo, copywriting, and automation to increase sales generated by both new and returning customers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Although still early days, we have seen a meaningful increase in sales generated by automated flows and solid open and click through rates.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had virtual meetings twice a month to monitor and review progress and Adam was always available to meet or talk in between meetings if issues came up that needed attention

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Adam is super user friendly, organized and clear about deliverables and follow up. He also is great at putting himself in your shoes and repeatedly went beyond the scope of work to offer suggestions and advice on broader digital marketing strategies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A bit more quality control on email copywriting to eliminate the occasional typo or grammatical mistake.

I'm the owner of an outdoor ecommerce store that I started on my own.

I needed help with the email marketing for my ecommerce store - both the strategy and implementation. I knew that it was important and wanted to make sure I worked with someone that could help me with the long term strategy and do the implementation (design, copy, scheduling, etc).

After looking around UpWork and a few other places, I hopped on a call with Adam at Oasis Optimization and it was a great fit. He was interested in the business, not just the email, and helped me get a better idea of what all could be done and the expected results.

Oasis Optimization handles my email marketing - A to Z. After the initial kick-off of the project where they worked with me to get a good understanding of my business and customers, they got to work building out flows and campaigns that fit with my business.

We meet once per month to review performance and look ahead at upcoming promotions and holidays to make sure things are done ahead of time so that there's less stress all around - I love that. Now it's an ongoing relationship and they've only gotten better over time.

I work directly with Adam, but also have direct contact with his project manager and occasionally a designer as needed to firm up any questions or requests for content / revisions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Having this done for me is one of the best benefits - of course it has to pay for itself, which it does and then some. The ROI has been great in both actual revenue and the huge amount of time that I've saved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's easy to communicate with the team and their organization is great. They make use of a custom marketing calendar that let's me see what's going on, what needs to be reviewed, etc. Emails are answered in a timely fashion and they have never been late or missed a meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their high-level knowledge of e-commerce email marketing and ability to generate custom solutions is amazing. They've not only helped with the email marketing but also offered advice in areas like CRO and sales funnels.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly pretty happy and don't have any issues that come to mind.

Originally we were looking for someone to help with a sales funnel. They also do email marketing and automate tasks.

We have used a number of different companies. All had a good sale pitch but only delivered my cash to their bank account. That is not the case with Oasis Optimization. Adam has delivered on everything he said he would. We really enjoy working with Adam.

After the original meeting with Adam, he suggested fixing our current website first. Start an email marketing program for our current customers and automate some of the tasks were are currently doing manually. After those changes were made he did build us a few sales funnels.

We meet directly with Adam. Originally weekly but now we have scaled it back to twice a month.

We have doubled our sales in the last year. Not all of that is from what Oasis Optimization has done but his changes have complimented the others we have implemented.

We really enjoy the meeting with Oasis Optimization and Adam. He is a great fit for our organization.

Everything Adam has done is impressive. If we don't like the layout or structure of a process, we explain what we don't like and he fixes it. Oasis Optimization and Adam are just a really good fit for our companies.

We have adjusted the process of a few things along the way. Adam is always happy to hear our perspective and make changes that make sense.

We looked at several providers but found Adam of Oasis Optimization to have the most logical plan for our target customer base. He communicated well and provided a detailed breakdown of the timeline for deliverables.

After a couple of Zoom meetings to discuss the project, Adam developed an email nurturing sequence that covered all of the benefits of my agency's services. He then set the campaign up in our email platform, added automation, and provided training for how to measure campaign performance.

We've seen a 30% increase in repeat engagement with our nurturing emails from prospects on our list that would have previously gone cold.

The initial meetings were critical for developing the proper messaging and then Adam remained in contact with us throughout the process with video emails and calls, when needed.

Adam's attention to detail and communication stood out the most.
