The Nytelock Team is very professional and definitely has good intention when it comes to collaboration and spends time to understand their customers' needs. Over the year, our first account manager provided good customer service and was responsive and on time throughout our engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nytelock Digital could have done differently?

We worked with them for a year however, we weren't able to work together to generate the right content to meet our objectives. We had foundational business practices and a refreshed brand manual, however, we didn't have mature programs and they relied on our industry expertise to create more interesting content of which our people had challenges as they are operational. 
Towards the last part our contract, there was a change in account management which we felt reduced the quality of content provided to us as well as execution. Overall, content strategy built for us didn't work so well and account management changes did affect it further.

Project management was great. I had Jay managing my ads and Ryan managing my SEO. I am aware there were others involved but we had one point of contact for ads and one for seo which made it very straightforward for us.

While the results of the campaign are course the main thing, we were very impressed by the strategic approach they took to the campaign. I liked that when they also didn’t just do what we wanted and pushed back when they thought certain things wouldn’t work. They always have the benefit of our business in mind and their communication has been fantastic from day one.

 How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After I received my destination pre-wedding shots from my photographer, I wanted to photoshop some photos & decided to engage Nytelock Digital on Carousell based on the high number of positive reviews.

Even though they provided bulk discount for 10 photos & above, I provided them the pictures I wanted to edit in batches - Nytelock had offered to provide some photos for free as I was not entitled for the bulk discount price, which was really nice of them! Highly recommend, will definitely engage them for any photoshop service again!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They were extremely prompt with their communication, and really take the time to patiently work on each photoshop request - as it was my pre-wed shoot photos, I was more particular about the edit I wanted, Nytelock worked patiently on my multiple requests & went the extra mile to make the edits till I am pleased with the photos. They would even provide advise on what edits should be made for the photos to look more natural based on your photoshop request.

Nytelock Digital has provided a range of services for our company. They first designed our product logo, set up our e-commerce website, and oversaw the production of our promotional and instructional videos. 

After the launch of our site, they helped put together an SEO campaign strategy which we are now actively working on. Their team helps us create and design content, reach out to influencers, manage our Google Ads, and publish posts across Facebook and Instagram. We continuously reconfigure our campaigns to maximize our outreach. 

They’re also currently developing a fully customized Shopify website for us. We will be relying on them for the ongoing site maintenance.

we've worked with around 4–5 people from their team. Each member is an expert in a specific marketing field.

How did you come to work with Nytelock Digital?

We came across a list of top 50 marketing firms when we were googling for options, so we shortlisted a few companies from that list including Nytelock Digital. We talked to each company over Zoom and Google Meet and asked them to craft a proposal. Among the submissions, Nytelock Digital’s stood out the most, so we decided to go with them.

Thus far into the project, we have spent roughly between $10,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our collaboration in July 2021, and we’re still working together. We have not set an end date for the project yet.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We regularly regroup to check in on our progress, and I’m happy to say that we’ve seen an increase in our generated leads and conversions. We’ve also seen an improvement in our brand awareness thanks to the ongoing SEO campaign. 

How did Nytelock Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We often come together — in person or via Google Meet — to touch base and reset our focus on our milestones. If we feel like certain things are not meeting our expectations, Nytelock Digital works on our feedback and adjusts our campaigns accordingly. 

Communication-wise, they’re very flexible. We can conveniently reach them via WhatsApp, and they’re always responsive even outside of office hours. When needed, they work over the weekend.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What sets Nytelock Digital apart from other providers is the 24/7 support that they give to their clients. Even though they’re based in a different country, they’re always available to help us. We can tell that they’re committed to the journey of building our brand name and sincere in wanting to grow with us as a partner. They always offer us their perspective on why certain campaigns might be good or bad. 

We also appreciate that they provide their services at a price that’s suited to startups like mine. They don’t force us to take on big service packages.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It can be a bit challenging to work with their global support team on one to two occasions as some members are located in a different time zone, though issues are rectified within a day.

Openly speak about your needs and set very clear directions for their team. They’ll be sure to listen and execute accordingly.

5. the final stage of Audacia making a choice based on options produced by Nytelock.

Alpha BodyTec approached Nytelock Digital initially to help us create a landing page on our website. We subsequently continued working with them under a retainer for website maintenance & SEO services.

How did you select Nytelock Digital and what were the deciding factors?

COVID-19 has forced us to shift our sales entirely online, so maintenance of our website is pivotal. We needed a company that could provide us with a dedicated accounts executive to swiftly assist us with any changes. Nytelock Digital has always timely with completion of any tasks assigned to them and will also go the extra mile to ensure all of our digital needs are met.

We had an initial consultation with Chad to discuss the content & layout of the landing page. Everything went smoothly and we received frequent progress updates that kept us at ease. Nytelock also went above and beyond the stipulated terms in the contract to implement certain changes and edits we requested for.

The retainers have also went smoothly, with SEO yielding exceptional results for some keywords we have identified for Alpha BodyTec's business.

Chad was our main POC, but there's also a team of IT specialists working round the clock to accommodate our requests.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest progress we have made is in SEO, with the rankings of a few keywords skyrocketing to page 1 in a few months. This can be credited to the hard work Nytelock has put into both off-page and on-page SEO.

Communication has been excellent. Chad has always been professional, patient and accommodating with our requests, letting us know what's possible and what isn't. With realistic timeframes and objectives established, we have had no issues with delays which we understand can be quite common in the IT field due to unforeseen circumstances.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nytelock differentiates themselves from other IT consulting companies. Their proactiveness and willingness to go above and beyond for their clients for maximum satisfaction are impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The technical aspects of Nytelock's service have been excellent. If I had to nitpick, it'll be more towards the design portion, as this does require multiple exchanges to get it sorted out sometimes. It is understandable, however, as it isn't exactly part of Nytelock's expertise.

Unfortunately, we received disastrous outcome from Nytelock after performing audit on their works.

They did not take pride in their reporting and missed 3/4 of the deliveries from the reporting. It was revealed only after a thorough audit from our end.

They were good at sales talk and giving false promises. There are inaccurate information displayed on their website.

6. Chad need to hands on onto SEO tasks if needed, and not having absolutely no idea what is happening on the project which he is assigned to.

9. Don't sign annual plan, you don't get what they upgraded along the way since contract are dated before their re-structuring. So you short changed yourself at the very end.
