Nurses PRN was established in 2002 in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a highly-trained team of dedicated professionals assisting medical and behavioral health organizations deal with the critical staffing needs due to the nursing and allied shortage throughout the Florida Market. Our company is a 24/7 service; our staffing specialists can assist whether you need someone during the evening hours, weekends, or holidays. 

We can normally place someone within a two-hour window. We will send a specialist to your location for complimentary assessments of your needs and the most cost effective way to fill those needs.  Every client is important to us whether you need someone occasionally or daily. No client is ever considered large or small but equal.

Nurses PRN is governed through AHCA. We hold a Healthcare Pool License through the State of Florida and are monitored by their regulations. We cover all of our clients with liability, malpractice, and workers’ compensation insurance. Our staff are all W-4 employees, and we deduct all necessary withholdings required by the IRS. You can work with us and know you are protected.

Nurses PRN is committed to providing the finest quality staff to our clients. We only hire qualified individuals who undergo a rigorous pre-employment process with five different background checks including a Federal Level II. They are tested in their credentialed area and must pass all exams with a minimum score of 80%. Our company personalizes who we place with our clients. We will not send out someone we wouldn’t allow to care for  our loved ones regardless of the circumstances.
