I'm the Social Media & Marketing Manager for William Raymond Communications. We do public relations and marketing for athletes based in the NFL, NBA, and more.

For what projects/services did your company hire NTA Creative?

We hired NTA Creative to develop a website and maintain for our two clients in the NFL.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal for the project was to create a user-friendly interface that was smooth and easy to navigate through. And have it updated with any events that were coming up for our clients.

How did you select this vendor?

The vendor was selected through my CEO and I began working with Nghia through it.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed, developed, and configured the entire website from top to bottom. We need a website for our two clients who play in the NFL and they have reasonably high expectations. I provided some data and photos from my end and Nghia and his team seamlessly installed it on the website.

What was the team composition?

My point of contact the entire time was Nghia. Any request I had he was on it a second and the results were then shown within 24 hours. Nghia would also contact me for any updates regarding the website, any additions, security upgrades, etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I can confidently say that the development of these two websites brought great value and traffic for our business. As we have people frequently looking for more information on our clients and any questions they had were easily answered through the website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Nghia and I would text and be on calls frequently to discuss what would need to be added or deleted. He always gave great suggestions and he met his deadlines earlier than expected.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I find the most impressive is their turnover time and how easy it was to talk to them. Chatting with Nghia didn't even feel like a business transaction at all. Felt like I've known him for a while and it made my end of the job very easy and fun to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None at all. They were perfect.
