My goals for the project was to get a more tailored website theme and to have a user-friendly design.

I selected NSD Bytes because I had done a search of website themes and the one designed by NSD Bytes stood out for being modern and that it would have a good ease of use. I contacted NSD Bytes and hired them because they were friendly and were willing to help me to consider my options.

NSD Bytes discussed a plan for project over Skype where NSD Bytes detailed the steps that they would take to achieve the project aims. NSD Bytes also gave their expert recommendations on the best features to add to my site. They were helpful and experts at giving me the options I needed to create the website I wanted. NDS Bytes then corresponded with me well throughout the project and kept me informed and were willing to make any necessary changes.

I have not launched the website as yet but am very hopeful that with the web design completed by NDS Bytes, users will enjoy using the site. From viewing the site and interacting with it myself, it works well and is visually well designed.

The workflow was effective as NSD Bytes made clear their plan of action and were willing to make time to understand and adapt to our communications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by NSD Bytes expert knowledge on the best ways to host and optimise my site. NSDBytes also had a clear plan of action and timeline for completing the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

NSD Bytes was very organised which was very useful, our communications were mostly clear but things work more smoothly when both parties make a detailed outline of their expectations. NSD Bytes were able to make all changes after writing several outlines of what I wanted.

I'm Director of IT at Charli Charging. We are a full-service electric vehicle charing station provider offering affordable, turn-key solutions for charge station installation and operation.

We are a startup company and required a website to build our online presence and bring in new clients. NSDBytes helped us with start to finish of setting up website for our company.

I've heard of NSDBytes from a family member who was impressed by the work that was being done by NSDBytes. The quick response time to our queries despite being in different parts of the world was the deciding factor to work with NSDBytes.

We had a meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. We went over few website templates for our site that would fit our needs. After few weeks, they developed an informational WordPress site. They updated the content to reflect our company's services & features, and created a landing page with a contact form for interested clients. Technologies used: Wordpress

We were mainly in contact with our Project manager and software developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were pleased to have a website launched in a brief period of time and we also received a positive feedback from our clients , family and friends. Through our contact forms, we have started to receive more sales inquires. It's safe to say that we at Charli Charging are busier than before!

We met twice a day to discuss and share new developments. Beginning and the end of work day. We mostly communicated via Skype calls.

They were professional in terms of deadlines and they were responsive, which was a great help given our geographical differences.

Nothing as of right now.
