I’m a personal property manager.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nomadic Real Estate?

I wasn’t happy with my current property managers, so we decided to try them out.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re managing two different properties with us. Early on, they allowed me to decide how involved I wanted to be in management. Personally, I chose to be hands-off, and they were ready to work with that.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with two people from their team. I was interacting with them for my company’s project with them as well, so we’ve built upon that relationship.

How did you come to work with Nomadic Real Estate?

I’m the CEO of an SEO company that’s listed on Clutch. They came to us first for our services, but I decided to try their services out because I was hoping to find some new property managers.

How much have you invested with them?

At this point, we’ve spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve heard nothing but praise from the tenants about the property management. When someone was moving out of one of their properties, they had a new tenant ready for move-in almost immediately. They receive plenty of incoming leads on their site, so they have a database of people ready to move into properties. The transitions have been seamless and only a few days long.

How did Nomadic Real Estate perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate at least once each month for updates, but we’re also in-touch as needed. They’ve given me several business-related updates to keep my mind at ease during the pandemic. There’s never been a communication error or mishap. They’re great to work with in that way.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They want to make sure that I’m happy throughout our engagements. They’ve been great to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.
