Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chairman of a global think tank.
What challenge were you trying to address with Noisiv Consulting?
I needed a company that could develop a website for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Noisiv Consulting designed and developed a WordPress e-magazine site, which features a subscription module and a payment gateway. The site has separate log-ins for users and admins. They used Node.JS for the site’s backend and React for the frontend. Aside from that, Noisiv Consulting also developed our CRM system, which is our main admin tool.

I was in contact with one person from Noisiv Consulting, but 7–8 other people worked on this project.

We worked together from November 2021–June 2022.

Noisiv Consulting delivered a site with a great user experience, and I’m incredibly satisfied with their overall work. We currently have 40–50 subscriptions per month.
How did Noisiv Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?
Noisiv Consulting performed well in terms of project management. Around 95% of the deliverables were finished on time.
We used Jira as a project management tool.

What stood out the most was Noisiv Consulting’s dedication to meeting our needs and bringing innovative solutions to the table.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They missed the deadlines for some of the deliverables, so I believe they could benefit from scaling their team so they could meet deadlines more consistently and take on more projects.

Make sure to pay them on time because they are strict with payments.

Our Website was initially outdated and needs to be restructured effectively so we hired Noisiv Consulting to revamp it and enable it efficiently. Our goals is to Make the website or to make the mechanism well so that it can have multiple functions and different dashboards.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our CEO has appointed them as depending their previous projects were fruitful for my company.

As we given them a milestone to achieve every process or every stage has its' own milestone to achieve. ie - Website restructure or development of dashboard ,process panel.

They were around 3 people who worked with us. Those were Business Analytics Manager and founder.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The development is still in process, However there were errors identified but they tried to resolve and provide a resolution.

They had always managed to provide a report on time. There was transparency in the communication.

They were indulged in ground-level activity as the founder Mr. Sourav personally tries to speak one on one about the developments and how they can make it more majestic and impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They have always been different they are the ones who shifted our outdated project to the most contemporary output.
