I am a IT Manager at GrupoRBS. GrupoRBS is a Media and Entertainment company. Its main purpose is to be a source of content for readers.

Develop a modern, scalable, easy-to-handle and lightweight App to download. The project was on schedule, meeting the deadline

Nodo has successfully finished other projects for GrupoRBS. So, its high level of quality and delivery were already known. Therefore, we chose Nodo for for this project.

Nodo developed the app for both Android and IOS. They developed the project according to the guidelines developed by the our company. Nodo worked closely with the internal development team.

What was the team composition?

Project manager, QA, Android developers, IOS developers, and account manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project met the KPIs established at the beginning of the project. Which are:

• easy to read news 
• featured photos relevance
• a lightweight downloadable app
• fluid navigability
• state of the art technology

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Both Nodo and GrupoRBS teams were integrated to manage the project. An online tool was used to track activities and deliveries. Communication between the teams was clear and easily accessible

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by their technical knowledge, timely delivery of artifacts and clear communication. Nodo is able to understand their customer's business model and exceed delivery expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Agile methods were used for the app development. We pinpointed the potencial improvements during the development cycle, which were promptly implemented in the following cycle. This guaranteed continuous improvement throughout the project.

Develop a modular, scalable, standalone widgets-based design responsibly and absolutely smart. The project should be developed in a few weeks in an optimized manner and very oriented to the company's business model.

The project has all the positive KPIs, greater findability, speed and innovation in content management through a CMS fully developed by the company.

Associatively with my company, maintaining absolute control of the project and all its phases.

I was impressed by their refinement, effectiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. They have the ability to work in teams, taking responsibility for the project results, not just providing technological solutions.

Improvement areas were reported to the company, which immediately took corrective actions and a meeting routine to improve projects and relationships.

I was the CPO driving the product vision and execution at Evino the leading wine e-commerce in Brazil.

We hired Nodo to accelerate our product development at a time where I just arrived in Brasil not having any network or traction to build a team. Nodo gave me the necessary boost to achieve my goals.

What were your goals for this project?

To deliver v.1 for our Android app from scratch and help with improvements for our iOS.

We started the project with the starting point to build a great Android app that was being built from the base of our iOS experience. The Android app really surprised me in the speed and quality Nodo was able to deliver.

What was the team composition?

1 UI Designer, 1 Android Dev, 1 iOS Dev and 1 PO

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Android App was developed in a 4month period and got featured meeting the Google Play standards after 3 weeks being live.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I found the flow very efficiency and considering that the work was remote it was surprisingly smooth. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The commitment of the team and leaders. The team was constantly pushing things forward and helping to achieve our goals.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Perhaps creating an opportunity to meet the team in person along the way. But besides of that, I believe Nodo is definitely a partner to count with.
